  1. Whyte and Simms could fill role too, being here a week.
  2. My guesses are 16 WR Hodges (as reported) 90 DT Bryant 62 OG Anderson 32 CB Wildgoose 38 CB McCloud 9 WR Simms 7 QB Webb 28 RB Williams 35 RB Whyte 52 LB Lee 48 LB Giles-Harris 36 SS Thomas 84 TE Becker 85 TE Morris 37 CB Griffin 56 DE Love
  3. Ooooh I wonder if we will see any number changes. Zim’s 61 gotta go.
  4. He’s the Sgoat! Dominant pass rusher who played a decade, not sure how that’s quitting. Basically the same BS we pulled on Mario Williams. I remember rumors that Schobel considered coming out of retirement to play on that Dline with Hughes, Kyle, Mario, and Dareus.
  5. Physically he looks washed up, has to put his heart into every pass that needs to go beyond 20 yards
  6. Bills had a free agent visit with him if Im not mistaken
  7. I definitely think he finishes this year as the undisputed #2 WR, he probably could be a transitional #1 someplace in a year or two. I do, I think he takes over for Sanders by the end of the year.
  8. Presentation wise Madden 22 is on point. The gameplay is also solid.
  9. Yes yes sorry my mistake… I’m in preseason form… Learning, this is year 3 for him. Hard not to root for a #59 LB.
  10. Name a bigger preseason surprise than Andre freaking Smith and Tyler Matakevich. Both have been solid all preseason, and all with splash plays sprinkled in. Both men seem to be ‘reacting’ on the field, rather than ‘thinking.’ Smith had an epic INT vs Wash and bone crunching hit vs Chicago, both of which were wiped out by penalty. Matakevich, who has been dubbed a ‘special team only’ guy, has shown pretty solid instincts in both run and pass defense. When he’s on the field he seems to always be around the ball. Dodson and JGH have flashed potential too. Not to mention we have seasoned vets in Klein (who technically is starter when 3 LBs take the field) and Marquel Lee. Hats off to the LB coaching staff for training these guys up, the whole room looks to have been vastly improved and well coached headed into this season. Smith was a protected P-squader and Matakevich an elite Special Teamer, but is there a chance we could see them push Klein for playing time or the top reserve role? What does the Wall think about our backup LBs? How many LBs in total make the 53 and practice squad?
  11. He’s a long shot for the 53, but that’s a sneaky good pickup
  12. You can be Vax’d but still catch covid, it just significantly reduces the chances of life threatening symptoms
  13. #16 and #9 have have much more upside, Duke is on the downswing of his career
