  1. DB coach comes to mind first, Bulter I believe. Pretty sure he’s a former DC. Agreed, McD doesn’t want to micromanage the O and D, he wants to trust his coordinators. They let him down. Good.
  2. Ehh, history points to when McD is controlling the defense, they play very well. He’s had to pull power from Frazier several times over the years.
  3. He’s an elite QB coach who’s gotten 2 different QBs to play at an MVP level. He was the passing game coordinator this year, Allen broke the Reg/Postseason TD record. If he isn’t our OC, he’ll be someone else’s in 2022.
  4. It also has to be a scheme fit. Love Jimmy but I’m not sure he can teach the McDefense. A promote from within might make the most sense. Something to consider with Frazier, things weren’t peaches and cream until last night. Sean has had to pull DC play calling and power from Frazier several times over the years to get things back on track. The defense underperformed significantly last year and looked average vs experienced QBs this year.
  5. For reference, after Atlanta blew a 28-3 lead in the SB, their OC still got a HC job.
  6. Ehhh, it may or may not. He’ll definitely test the open market for sure like last year, but I don’t feel like his value at WR has increased. If he was unhappy with last years offers, this years won’t be any better.
  7. He did have one play where he rushed Mahommes and he showed off his speed, outside that though… At least a Lorenzo Alexander type role. I’d be interested in seeing him at DE, but there’s more to it than being tall and fast. He’s a very ineffective blitzer thus far. Was Hughes a LB in college?
  8. Crazy thing about Edmunds is he’s only 23, but my god was he bad in coverage this year. Stats also support that notion.
  9. There needs to be some fresh faces on the sideline and McD will need to make some difficult decisions. Fans distrust in the OC and DC have been completely validated (although I thought DaBoll was very good in the playoffs). It’s a real possibility that they’ve peaked under their current coordinators. Bills defense has been down right bad the last few years in situations where it’s a tight game and they are playing a good team.
  10. I really think Bills tried to ‘count minutes’ with players so they’d be healthy down the stretch, and it worked for the most part
  11. Yeahhhhhh I don’t think we’ll be seeing any of those signings, we are pretty bad cap wise. Even if they release Mongo, Klein, Bease, and Star, that may provide just enough cap space to re-sign Harry, Dirty, Levi, our draft class, and maybe a few 2nd/3rd tier FAs. Sorry to kill the thread vibe 😬
  12. This is a low key brilliant move, if Watson is still suspended he can still suit up
  13. I could see Mitch, Hughes, Star, Mongo and Bease playing in NJ next year. Im sure teams will try and poach Dorsey, but he may want to stay if offered OC.
  14. That guy must work for Train Wrecked Sports…
  15. Silent Assassin #1: Taron Johnson Allowed 55% completions for 396 and 2 TDs. Had 1 pick and 3 sacks. Beast slot WR. Silent Assassin #2: Levi Wallace Allowed 58% completions for 410 yards and 2 TDs. Held his own as our #1 CB, added a career high 10 PBUs and 2 more picks. Bills need to sign this man to a long term extension, no more replacement talk. Silent Assassin #3: Dane Jackson Allowed 50% completions for 254 and ZERO TDs. This kid has some monster potential. Our CBs did an amazing job this season, I think they surpassed everyone expectations when White went down. All 3 picked their games up significantly.
  16. Cant help but wonder if this Fitz going from “Pro QB” to “Pro Fan” Dude is 39.
