So looking at Todd McShays top 150 prospects, he has LB Devin Llyod as his 13th best player, and he went 27th overall. His 17th best player, LB Nakobe Dean, went 83rd overall. His next highest rated LB was Christian Harris, who was ranked 38th and went 75th.

I think he’s number two, but we will see!!

If you thought Davis had a bad catch rate, look at Anderson. Myles Jack is impressively bad at coverage and had issues with missed tackles. A big pass on both.

From what I can gather: Sanders - Better athlete, 1 year starter, very raw, poor tackler, great blitzer. Campbell - Better size, much more consistent, elite intangibles and leadership. Sanders has the higher ceiling, Campbell has a higher floor. I do feel one of these two will be the pick at 27.

Only meeting with true 1 LB (who is more a WLB) tells me it’s LB round 1. Soooo much WR smoke. You can’t read in to visits, this is all a chess match. There are really only 2 true MLBs who are first round picks that fit Buffalo’s scheme, and they have a long way to go in order to reach Buffalo.

They want sideline to sideline guys who can cover. In todays NFL, you must be able to stop the pass.

Another thought: Rapp signing probably eliminates the need for a vet LB. I believe in “likely” passing situations you’ll see our inexperienced LB come off the field and Bills implement 3 safeties along with 3 corners.

I also think it’s foolish to completely write off a former 3rd round pick after 110 defensive snaps.

You don’t need to sign him yet, good shot he’ll be there after the draft.

Pure speculation on my side, but I wonder if the visit was scheduled because they felt they could be moving Ed, but the trade fell through so they canceled it?

I wonder if 3 starting caliber safeties is due to the fact we will either have a rookie, Dodson, or Bernard starting at MLB. We may see more 5-1-4 looks this year.
