You’re entitled to that opinion. I think we can both agree that neither dude should’ve got as many starts for this team as they did.

I think the best way to sum up Fitz vs Tyrod is this: Fitzy could win you a game, but also single handedly cost you a game. Tyrod didn’t win it, but he also wouldn’t lose it with last minute INTs. But again, two backup level guys who played on some mediocre at best teams. Their locker room and off the field legacies are much more significant than their on field accomplishments

None of that is true. Fitzy actually played 10 more games for the Bills, Tyrod won more games than he did. Tyrods completion percentage is higher. Their TD percentage is about the same. Fitz had a little over 1700 attempts to Tyrods 1200. Believe it or not, Tyrod had a higher yards per attempt (7.2) than Fitz (6.7). That means they both checked down plenty. Obviously Fitz had more TDs (80) and INT (64) than Tyrod did (51 and 16). Both are backups, but let’s not pretend one is all world better than the other.

He should be more respected than Fitz, but Fitzy has way more personality. I have nothing but appreciation for Tyrod Taylor, a dude who gave us a few awesome years and played way above his talent level.

So sad. I remember his sophomore year of college he was the #1 prospect on some scouting websites, many on the BBMB loved him. For the wrestling fans out there, Shad Gaspard died the same way a few years ago. Saved his son though. Those rip tides are no joke.

You know what’s funny? This is likely Dorsey’s final year. He’s an undisputed elite QB coach, and potential to be a perennial top tier NFL OC. If his 2023 is like his 2022, even with the struggles included, he likely gets a HC gig somewhere. I’d love to revisit this thread this time next year to see what the consensus develops into.

He isn’t a bad OC. Dorsey in his first year ever was on par with DaBoll, who was in year 3 of his offense. Dorsey had some issues that easily can be written off as first year mistakes, but he’s far from a bad OC and is no where near being on the hot seat.

Again; Diggs could’ve posted anything on Insta, hundreds of things that could’ve put this drama to bed. He didn’t. Again.

Perhaps there is a non football situation with Diggs, which he didn’t communicate well to McD, leading to todays comment, which lead to this mess? Allen said sometimes things aren’t communicated well, perhaps this was the reference?

No it won’t. This doesn’t end till he ends it, and right now he is dragging it out. The rumblings of “is Diggs happy?” has been around all offseason, he could have squashed the drama at any point over the last 7 months. Instead he wiped the team from his social media and posted cryptic crap all summer. It isn’t a full blown crisis, but be concerned. There seems to be an issue and it’s unknown how willing he is to work it out.

This is getting stranger
