  1. We need an interior lineman. Whether he’s below average or not, the Bills don’t have other options besides raiding practice squads.
  2. He can join hamstring Toney in Kansas City. What a bust.
  3. What happened with Boettger? Looks like the deadline passed with no movement to the active roster.
  4. Blame your coaching staff Dolphins fans. Your team stopped running the ball. Your QB throws wounded ducks and hospital balls. Bills win because they have the Winter Soldier at QB at you couldn’t stop his will to win.
  5. I think Hamlin crashes a lot and when he misses the carrier is already into the second level with momentum and our guys just can’t stop them.
  6. This is a good spot. We did this twice tonight, threw sideways, lost yards both times.
  7. 1. We don’t run many slants, and really almost none if it’s not Diggs. 2. Our running backs are always falling down on dump offs. 3. Using Knox to work all areas of the defense as a roamer will improve the efficiency of the offense.
  8. Things really got harder for most of the second half when Holland stayed as the spy.
  9. I hope tonight marks the start of Knox becoming the #2 pass catching option for this team.
  10. I was wrong, I didn’t think Dorsey left any time in the 4th for the run, but he snuck a few in there on the last drive that were huge.
  11. Lol us Chans. Get the ball at the 50 and immediately turn it right back over.
  12. It’s too late for this game but this is what happens when you don’t run the ball at all.
  13. I am at the 20:00 mark and wow he has nothing to say. You know? It is what is it is. At the end of the day get a W But at the same time it’s like I don’t know, but you know? And the host? Might want to write down some questions so the whole thing has some sort of structure?
  14. The Chargers have been without Keenan Allen for 7.5 games, Mike Williams for 4 games and . You do see a lot of check downs in their games, they lean on Ekeler a lot to run after catch. But Palmer and Carter have stepped up at times. Their bar is right around 23 points a game, regardless if Herbert goes above 300-yards. I will be watching to see if they can crank it up to 30 these last four games. I agree with a lot of things in this post regarding the Bills offense. 1. The RT is bad. And because he gets beat almost immediately every other play, Josh is on the move constantly. 2. The sporadic run game. Agree, and we don't have an OC who sticks with it in any manner for 4-quarters. Dorsey abandons the run. Cook's carries/touches go up and down every game. You'll have a 16-yard Singletary run, and then he'll get the ball 4 times the rest of the game as well. He's passing when he should be draining the clock. His answers about balance make no sense. Of course when he is talking about balance, it's not 50/50. But there is no commitment to run the ball. He, at least, recognizes the value of Josh Allen designed runs, and has not take them out of the offense. 3. In terms of the pass catchers: Gabe Davis - It looks like he runs two routes - the go, and the deep comeback along the sideline. Before Patrick Peterson said anything, that's what I was noticing as well. That said, I thought he was going to translate this year. Unless we're always going to get Playoff Gabe when it counts, you're getting 3 catches for 35 yards otherwise. Dawson Knox - I wonder if he should be the 2nd option in the pass offense. How long can you wait for Gabe? Despite the screen shots showing him open, he doesn't get the ball. Isaiah McKenzie - I was wrong on him. Thought he could bring more speed to the offense. He's shown that he is a role player. There are games where he shines, Detroit, for one. But he's the opposite of a consistent player. 4. I listen to Dorsey and I'm not sure if any consistency will be developed. There are 4-games left. So establishing new rhythms and norms now? I don't see it. a. I don't think Gabe is suddenly going to run new patterns. b. I don't expect any Hines package at this point. He's a punt/kick returner and that's it now. c. The ship has sailed on Shakir this season. d. Cook is going to have 14 carries one game, 2 the next game, regardless of production. e. The expectation is that Beasley slides back in and starts touching the ball. I think he'll play, I just don't expect Dorsey to consistently feature him. F. And finally, another poster said it best. The Bills are in the conversation with the best AFC offenses because of Allen's greatness. It's the only trait of the Bills that matches Patrick Mahomes talent and Andy Reid's play design, or the weapons around Joe Burrow. We don't get that level outside of Allen and Diggs.
  15. Yes, agreed. Allen is the better QB and playmaker. My point is all the analysts have their little lists. You see it in the Power Rankings - the Bills "peaked too early" or they can't win "without Von". And now this guy saying that Herbert has eclipsed Allen. I say, go ahead, rank Allen 20th if that makes you feel good. Keep him at #25. I hope you're like Skip Bayless and hold on. Go ahead and continue to say Baker Mayfield is better. If you watch the games, you see Allen's playmaking carrying the Bills offense.
  16. I’d say let’s have that conversation. Go ahead, move Herbert ahead of Allen on your power ranking lists. Who is Jackson Powers and Steven Ruiz? Never heard of them.
  17. This is about the worst line play I’ve ever seen. Geno has no time to even look at his first read.
  18. 75% Tear?!? It’s almost like you guys are rooting for this.
  19. My thoughts after listening to this is ok media, Cole apologized, said he’s happy to be back. So hopefully this is the last of trying to dig into what happened and we can just go forward now. In the same light, I watched John Brown’s press conference. What a cool guy. He sounds like the best teammate, friend, father that could ever have. Happy for him and he said similar things, he just wanted to be back.
  20. Thanks for posting this. I had never heard the full response to the elbow question. Sounds like is was a Grade 2 type sprain 2-4 weeks and he just refused to sit.
  21. 1st time Allen hurt the UCL -Immediately out for 4-games, and pulled himself out 2nd time Allen hurt the UCL (3.5 years later) - Doesn’t miss a game, stays in and throws 70 yards If the tear was as bad or worse that the first time explain this? Other than that CBS report against the Browns where he talked about tightness in the elbow, what other symptoms has he exactly talked about? We love hanging on around here. Phantom concussions. 13-week ankle sprains.
  22. I play in one league, this is the 4th year. 14 teams. I won the league Playoffs in 2019 and 2020. Won the 2022 regular season and got knocked out in Round 1. Like always ESPN predicted me to finish last after the Draft, and I finished 2nd. Playoffs start this week. Backbone is Herbert, Pollard, Hill, Diggs, Metcalf and I rotate 3 defenses - Eagles, 49ers, Patriots. Isiah Pacheco saved RB #2 right at the time Mostert was phased out of the offense for Jeff Wilson.
  23. I live in the Midwest now, formerly Buffalo. So in Miami for me. I've never traveled to the West Coast for a Bills game. At Seattle would be a cool trip and hear how loud that stadium is.
  24. UGLY AS HECK 1990’s throwbacks? Red helmet and red end zones, the RIGHT color blue uniforms. Patriots can do the old logo at midfield, the end zones and jersey/helmet. We do these lame red uniforms. Just get a win. Look like Santa Claus in the snow.
