  1. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The Buffalo Bills FO picked him in the 2nd Round. Why are you taking Running Backs in the 2nd Round if you don’t think they can hold up? Again, come Year 4, you draft another cheap RB and start the process again. The key here is don’t get attached. Also, Bills have Jones, Settle, Oliver at DT and no 4th DT on the roster. Shaw Lawson is a FA so Von better be able to start Week 1. Your starting MLB right now is Terrell Dodson. And the Bills have 5 WRs under contract now. So there are more pressing uses of the $9M left per Beane than Singletary.
  2. Nah I’m done being talked down to. Cook is your freaking answer man. Cook had 89 carries last year. He’s a 2nd Round pick with better physical traits all around than Singletary. So he gets double the carries this season as the lead. Then the guy that your GM brought with a 5th Round pick and Moss is used as the breather/3rd down back so he actually justifies the investment. If those two get hurt, then head to the street or practice squad to an undrafted rookie runner who still will run for over 4.0 ypc because virtually everyone does in the NFL.
  3. Mike Tolbert Chris Ivory Frank Gore Zack Moss Devin Singletary - Who is the best of the bunch. But this staff has always chained an older boat anchor to the better runner in the offense. All it accomplishes is taking carries away from the more dynamic player. Plus Singletary represents putting a third contract on running back, and this team just does not run enough to give Cook, Hines and Singletary a worthy role, as evidenced by last year. When Cook gets to his 4th year, you draft another rookie and start over again, not cling to the past and re-sign veterans.
  4. Don’t care, don’t want him back. He stood in the way of Cook this season and McDermott / Dorsey can’t help themselves and would play him above Cook again next year.
  5. This constant emphasis on it. When many games, we run the ball 6-8 times in the second half. Exhibit A - Minnesota at home.
  6. https://www.nfl.com/prospects/terrel-bernard/32004245-5223-6424-136f-901f81674ee9 Bernard played exactly like this Scouting Report. “Average backup or special teamer” Round 5 He played one game and he looked like a small, converted safety, that doesn’t have elite speed (4.6 verses 4.5). I don’t have much hope for him as a real player.
  7. His price has to be coming down, and you'd have to believe teams are checking on the abdomen/pelvis injury that cost him his season.
  8. Thielen is not a must for me. He's a 1 year stop gap sort of player, or at best a year to year now. Hopkins is my #1 choice to try and get better at WR. If not then Jalin Hyatt. We do not need another slot-only smurf.
  9. $16M in Cap Space. $5M for Rookies. So $11M in cap space. But doesn't look like Poyer or Allen's contract is in Spotrac yet.
  10. Bills are falling behind. It looks like more of the same from Beane. It's Goodwill shopping on Offense.
  11. Duke Tobin is their GM and has been there in that capacity since 1999. To me, the Bengals draft in streaks. The Carson Palmer 2005 team, the 2013-2016 Dalton teams, and now the Burrow-Chase-Higgins era. Of course they are picking near the top, but they stack 2-3 good drafts together, then fall back off.
  12. Hopkins, yes! Do we give Davis a big round of applause? He played 90% of snaps, whereas Years 1-3 he was at 40% snaps. The numbers should have been better. He had what? (1) 100-yard game? I just don't see how the FO is willing to bank on his growth in the #2 role going into his final year, with Diggs now at 30 years old, and the next WR on the depth chart is a 5th Rounder who caught 10 passes. This team needs another #1 WR to pair with Diggs, and maximize this window. I don't care what Mike Schopp says about the "window" being open as long as Allen is here. Diggs is by far our best skill player, and after him, there is a DROPOFF to who? Knox? Like he is some unquestioned star? James Cook? Who this coaching staff barely used last year? Gabe Davis? Who this Coaching Staff loves to tell you is the hardest worker ever, but he has a boiler?
  13. Despite Capaccio trying his best to hype up Terrell Dodson as our starting MLB, I think the Bills need to fill that role with a veteran. Otherwise, McDermott WILL get his way and use #27 on a MLB.
  14. That's just hard to accept, more DE resources. Eric Washington gets a ton of love from the Bills and Bills media, can't he coach these guys up? From where we're at I rank: 1. Game changing move at WR 2. MLB - Wagner 3. More Offensive Line - Right now there is no real competition for Spencer Brown
  15. Bills fans love the Rudy Ruettiger underdog player. The love that forgotten player that came in and did ok by league standards - Fred Jackson, Doug Flutie, Ryan Fitzpatrick. If you’re talented then it’s not the right time, too many draft picks, not worth the money. It’s obvious this team needs another game breaking WR that is a #1 to pair with Diggs. This Harty move doesn’t even rate on a scale as a real attempt to get a starting 11 player.
  16. Mike Schop’s response to everything; “Yes but according to the BetQL app, the Bills are still the favorites to win the Super Bowl” so that must mean that’s what’s going to happen.
  17. Looking like MLB is going to be a hole unless Wagner can be signed. McDermott gets his Round 1 defensive player after all.
  18. You knew watching Bills games, that 5-6 times a game, the LDE was going to get a free run at Allen. Allen avoided pressure, but he was constantly having to move. The Jets game away had to have been horrible for the offensive line, but Brown especially.
  19. McKenzie is another $2.3M in cap space as well.
  20. No John he’s pointing out that the Bills line is a below average unit (according to Greg Cosell) and that the Bills biggest rivals continue to invest big money.
  21. I knew it wasn’t good when asked if they could take anything away from Monday Night the Bills coaches kept saying “no, game didn’t go long enough” and Frazier was saying he could carry over the preparation they did for that game. Absolutely got torched both games.
