You talk about how uniformed the analysis is, Rivers had 24 TDs this season, 11 Ints and 4,000 yards. A typical Rivers season. TY Hilton was their best WR with 762 yards at 31 years old. Their defense allowed 22.6 ppg, 10th in the league. The Bills were a whole 0.8 ppg more allowed. A solid team? Sure. Who thought they were capable of a deep Playoff run? Gabe Davis showed up yesterday and saved that game in the first half. Diggs/Beasley in the second half as we got nothing from John Brown.

Sorry, this same Colts team played a 1-15 Jags team 8 days ago with Mike Glennon atQB and no James Robinson to a 21-14 lead for the majority of the 2nd half of a game that they had to win to get into the Playoffs. We can talk them up, but they were an average Playoff team. And nobody is saying every game is going to be a cakewalk, that’s you embellishing, but we saw with the 2017 Jags or the 2019 49ers, you better win when you have the chance and this team is the best team in 20-years for the Bills. So maximizing should be the goal. Our Coaches no doubt are working their tails off, but that doesn’t mean the fans have to their brains off and “just be happy”.

Our local media can ask all the softball emotional questions. For some fans, it has nothing to do about a lack of respect for the Colts, yes they’re a quality team. However, the 2020 Bills had a Top 5 regular season in Franchise History, so it’s no longer a happy to be there. There is a sense you can’t waste this season getting beat by average Playoff teams. When you see: - Throwing out of heavy sets in the first half - Not having the confidence to just hand the ball off to our running backs, instead having Josh take hits and expose himself to fumbles. - Kick returners deciding to take balls out of the end zone or not field punts resulting in horrendous field position. - John Brown rounding off his routes and getting no first half targets at all. - Routinely abandoning 4-wide and gun when it was working - No pass rush - Poor tackling - All three Colts Tight Ends having nice days and Milano out of position routinely on blown coverages - The Bills getting lucky that Rivers didn’t look outside once to TY Hilton in the second half despite primary coverage by Josh Norman.

Bills have banged up receivers now

That was the one question he got about the actual game, before being asked to describe his feelings about Josh Allen, or if he marvels at Stefon Diggs, or his emotion about fans in the stands.............. -

Last year wasting 8-plays on Frank Gore. Beasley said he was fine in the postgame comments. -

Washington has been good when they stay aggressive. They waste downs trying to run. -

If Travis Etienne didn’t look like he was on the doughnut diet in the Sugar Bowl I’d say maybe he was an option. But I completely agree, a dynamic back is needed in this offense. Dobbins on this offense ... man -
It’s fine if you looked at the Colts film and concluded you could run on them. So hand it off instead of sweeps by Allen on 3rd downs. His penchant for fumbling is not gone. And once again, our 3rd Down and < 2 yard runs were atrocious. Our line got no push whatsoever. We looked confident in 4-Wide sets throwing the ball, but be more confident in hand-offs to the running backs if it’s something you want to do.

That pass rush just isn’t getting home, Brady is just standing and picking targets. Defense is going to have to get their hands up and tip a ball or something for an INT. -

No idea why on the first TD the WFT corner just allowed Brown to run past him as he stopped. Then the offense scored a TD and immediately tries a squib kick that gives the Bucs the ball at the 40. -
Seattle’s offensive line is terrible and it’s all broken plays for Seattle. Wilson is being absolutely hounded and chased relentlessly.

The designed QB runs need to stop!

Just show more conviction. If you want to run it Daboll, line up and give the ball to Singletary. Allen has the nose for the end zone, but I agree with others, the Bills are best running 4-wides and gunning and exposing Allen to hits and fumbles is not smart in the Playoffs, this isn’t Denver. When they got away from that the offense stalled out. -
What Did Indy do on D?

He was critical though, 7 catches, a few of them on critical 3rd downs. With no McKenzie in the game plan, Beasley became even more critical. -

We’re going to have to wait for some All-22 and some dissection of the formations. To me, on first watch, the Bills moved the ball fine when they went 4-wide and threw the ball. No John Brown today, no Isaiah McKenzie. Gabe Davis came to play and made two impossible catches to save the first half. -
Agree. Strange play-calls today. Ran heavy sets in the first half and tried to throw out of them. That designed sweep run for Allen in Colts territory on 3rd - Down was a horrible call, lost yards. That drive in the first half where we ran 3-straight and out was strange. When we went 4-wide and were determined to throw we made yards, but got away from that numerous time in this game. Others said it, but no McKenzie was a game plan mistake, not sure why he didn’t touch the ball.

Rivers locked onto routes over the middle and really, a good chunk of the second half Hilton was one on one with Norman. They Colts stopped themselves from going to him. -

Isaiah get into Daboll’s office and have him get you the ball. Criminal that you didn’t touch the ball today.
