Like others, I was not impressed with the Cardinals defense on Sunday. Coming off the bye-week, the Cardinals allowed the Dolphins practice squad running backs, with average games from Mike Gesicki and Davante Parker, to produce 27 points of offense on Sunday. If you're not the Jets or Cowboys, the Cardinals allow 27 ppg on defense. Go right at them Sunday.

They’re Miami honks. Just shove their face in the mud when the Bills play Miami again. Just like Colin today saying he would take Miami over the Bills today if they played again. Just have to ram it down their throats until they’re choking on it.

At 14-0 I was confident, because they had just decided to abandon the run. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing out of a Bills/McDermott team. No run game, just 100% passing. Wow!

He showed me, and Daboll/McDermott kept their foot on the gas the entire day. Incredible performance!

Go Allen, and Go Bills. I’ll be the first one to eat the crow. Great job keeping the foot on the gas the entire game. Completely ditched the run, and passed the ball. Best win in McDermott’s tenure.

Well we’ve seen in other situations around the league that the backup QB is not better. So the answer is not on this roster if it’s not Allen. And at 6-2 who is coming in the Draft to take Allen’s spot? Regardless, we know that Beane and McDermott are not moving off Allen. He’ll have his 5th year option picked up and he will be the Quarterback. The team wins too much for him not to be. So keep adding players around Allen.

Yup I’m sure I will Limeaid. 2/3 years in the Playoffs, 0-2 so far, but 6-2 this season, I thought one Playoff win would make sense as progression for the team. Apparently not though. Apparently there is no bar of any expectation for the team. Just forever be in a state of “building”.

Allen doesn’t have enough weapons right now is my conclusion. Keep stacking WR on like you did in the draft. Get a Tight End in this offense. Fix the terrible Guard play. Get another Center who can play.

I think the realistic expectation is win a Playoff game. End the 25-year Drought.

Well if all it takes is throw a zone defense out there and the Bills go from 30 ppg to 19 ppg, then as efficient as Allen is within the confines of that defense, why wouldn’t every team do that from here on out? Is the counter to pound a team with the run and spin play action off that?

For this season, they look like the 2019 Bills. When the Playoffs start, I don’t think they go far. The danger is you become the 2011-2015 Bengals. Who kept bringing back the same core and getting eliminated in the first round of the Playoffs. Eventually you get old and the pieces start dropping out one by one.

I agree with Limeaid. Not one Linebacker on this team can do it. Only Poyer has the athletic ability and understanding to do something like that.

I really don’t think it’s going to play out this way. I think you’re going to see a Seahawks defense suddenly look better than it has all season, and conversely I don’t understand this notion that the explosive offense is coming back. We get thread after thread about how a zone defense has slowed the Bills dramatically, how are the Bills going to manufacture 30+ points again if that’s all it takes? Who is our deep ball threat? John Brown? I think what you’ll see is a more efficient Allen slicing and dicing with underneath throws and a mixture of Singletary/Moss. We aren’t the Seahawks, because Allen is not Russell Wilson and Diggs is not Metcalf. I don’t see the explosive offense coming back. I just don’t.

So basically a quarter season of tax write-off for Allen and the offense? Got it. But be sure to count those first four good games though right?

He’s just a bit stiff and buttoned up. At the end of the day he is a Defensive Coordinator who probably would like to win 17-14, but knows that’s not logical in today’s NFL. He probably thinks Special Teams is more important than it really is and luckily Beane has realized that the skill position talent needs to get better. I have seen some growth with going for it on 4th down and less running on 1st-down. Instead of the word “passive”, I think he sounds “dismissive” in interviews. He gives the cliche answer, but it’s in that tone of he’s seen it all, done it all, knows how it’s going to go.

I guess this is a good thing. But how does the offense get back to 30-points again if Allen is succeeding within the confines of a zone defense? If all it takes is a zone defense to take Allen from 300 yards to 190, then do we really care that it’s an efficient 190?

Well apparently a simple zone has slowed the Bills, and Seattle gets Adams and Dunlap and maybe Snacks Harrison. I don't know why Bills fans are confident this offense is coming back.

Tremaine Edmunds hurts the entire team, because now instead of building offense around Allen, the FO has to use draft resources to find a MLB.

Not a surprise. Linebacker was ridiculously thin in the offseason and nothing was done about it. And the Bills have paid a cornerback too, last year they only kept 4 on the opening day roster.

The fact that two NFL franchises listened to Pat Shurmer speak at the podium and decided he was an NFL Head Coach shows me that despite being told all the time by Coaches, GMs, and suits on TV that fans don't know anything, that its a bunch of franchises in this league are clueless. The Texans made Bill O'Brien their GM. That shows you how smart these Franchises are.

Is John Wendling, Marcus Buggs, John Digiorgio, Keith Ellison or Bryan Scott available?

My point is - sit him down. He hasn't been right for 4 games now. Put him on IR. But once again, all this was pointed out in the offseason that the Bills were depleted at linebacker when they failed to draft one and signed AJ Klein. Now its biting us because unlike 2019, we haven't had as good of luck with the injuries.

Ok.

Just get the surgery that you need. This is obviously a torn pec that he is trying to play through.
