I zoomed in on it and watched it a few times. It looks like his heel gets cleated. He takes a few steps after the big plant step which is where a big ligament injury would most likely happen. The corners left foot clips Beasley’s right heel. It’s at that moment Beasley picks his foot up immediately and dives to the ground. Thats why his feet were crossed when he attempted to get up and he stumbled. I know they were looking at the knee though on the sidelines, but he takes several steps after the big plant step so it doesn’t look like a “pop” injury.

Most ACLs that are non contact have a pop, where the athlete lifts their leg mid-play. Beasley finished out the play, but he took a hard plant step with his left leg, I don’t see the knee “buckle”. When he gets up, his facial expression isn’t dire pain, but his legs are crossed as he tries to stand up.

I don’t see a “pop” in the replays, because he doesn’t immediately lift his leg. But he definitely takes a hard step on his left leg, then tries to gather himself for the ball thrown behind him, that looks like the injury to me. And is there significance to when he tries to stand up, he uses his knee to get up and then his feet are crossed.

The Bills should make it a priority to get a real backup QB. -
Who do you want the Bills face in round one?

1. Miami doesn’t create big plays. Tua is shaping up as a dump off artist/check down master this season and they are the Bills from last year, living off defense and turnovers. 2. The hype around the Ravens is founded. Defense is full of household names: Peters, Jimmy Smith, Campbell, Williams, Judon, Ngakoue. Offensively the Ravens have made the switch to Dobbins, and whether it looks pretty or not Lamar’s running opens up passes down the field. If it comes down to a late FG, they have Justin Tucker, also a Super Bowl winning HC. -

It’s hard not to say Pittsburgh right now with how flat their offense has become. But outside of that, I want Miami. The analysts lost their minds in the middle of this season with Flores is the next Belichick and Tua is a star talk. They only can win right, low scoring, defensive struggles. Now, I think the toughest game is the Ravens. They are starting to catch fire. Tennessee with Henry the Battering Ram would also be an respect boost for the Bills if they won. The Colts are limited offensively most weeks, and the Browns secondary can be soft.
