  1. He was gonna be Belichick's OC after McDaniels leaves. Stole him from right under his nose
  2. Haley has been awful today...odd for him
  3. Well he was McDermott's coach at Williams and Mary
  4. Not without Fournette
  5. This would be rough. He hadn't had much success as a OC. But he has been part of some elite teams so I'll reserve judgment
  6. My dream girl is gone! Blonde hair, blue eyed, hunter and Bills fan....
  7. Yes but we can get mores years out of then. Just look at McDaniels... He had to prove himself again. Chudzinski will have to do the same thing. But a guy like Defilippo is being discussed as a HC right now.
  8. Could be moved to WRs coach and fire Phil
  9. He will be a HC regardless of his success here. You don't want a rookie QB having two learn two schemes in 2 years. And 5 OCs in 4 years would just be constant change for the offense which is not good.
  10. I'd hate it. Dude is a future HC... He would probably only be year a year or two max. We would just be in same position next year looking for an OC.
  11. Not really busy. He is solid. Really good in setting the edge. Issue is he can't stay on field.
  12. Why not this??? Hire Rob Chudzinski (McDermott connection) Move David Culley to WRs coach (One of the best in the business) Fire Phil McGeorghan (His group struggled to separate all season long) Hire Ken Dorsey as QB coach (McDermott and Chudzinski connections)
  13. He was the director of pro personnel... Handles free agent signings. Not drafts.
  14. That's what happens when you head into the season with no Flanker..... Need speed.
  15. Guy was given no offensive linemen, no RBs, and very meh recievers outside of Graham. Don't think it's fair to fire him. A guy in the personnel department deserves to go before he does.
  16. I'm going Chudzinski and Mayfield
  17. ??? Crazy talk. Rudolph is a current 2nd to 3rd round pick. He may be able to go in the 1st if a team falls in love and reaches for him.
  18. We as the Bills organization. The previous Bills regime.... Not the fans. They assumed cause of stats that they were the problem when it was clearly Tyrod
  19. Al Riveron must be in charge of the selection process
  20. We couldn't see just how good they could be with Tyrod passing...
  21. I like Tyrod. Good guy. Safe with the football. Able to get us to the playoffs. But he hasn't taken the next step. Plays like a rookie afraid to turn it loose.
  22. Dennison did ok. I'd like to see what he could do with a QB that could throw the football. Tyrods entire career was summed in one big play yesterday. Had zone streaking wide open on 3rd and 6 but Tyrod tries to fit in a 3 yard pass to O'Leary who had two defenders on him. Just a terrible read by Taylor. Great play call by Dennison. Think that happened way to many times throughout the year.
  23. Well in order to comment on it we can only go based off what we have so far. No Olinmen or Dlinemen heard it. That's already come out. No flag was thrown. That's a lot of evidence already. Remember it's a lot easier to prove someone innocent then prove them guilty. He is innocent to until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. And right now there is doubt so right now he is innocent. If a playing wants to accuse of racism then us as fans have the right to accuse defamation with the evidence that we have.
  24. No because the evidence is that he didn't do that. Wood and Dawkins both are next to him on line. They never heard anything. Everyone else on Jags dline never heard anything. Refs never threw a flag. Cameras and audio didn't catch anything. The evidence is leaning towards Richie which is why he has more posts that are being defended rather than condemning
  25. What's scary is that people believe everything that is said with no evidence.. thats truly scary. Imagine if someone just baselessly accused you of something and everyone believed it with zero evidence.
