Signing Tolbert wasn't the issue. Mike offers a lot. A goalline power back, veteran presence in locker room, and leadership. He is a great guy to have on the team. The issue was making him a backup RB... He should be a 3rd string RB. And that is on McDermott for cutting Williams and placing Tolbert in as the #2

One thing about having two first rounders and the ability to trade up is we have to do our due diligence with players in our pick range and even before it. I think we should get double the interviews since we have double the picks

Yeah wouldn't we all but Dion is probably more money and would count towards comp picks. Ivory does not. Lewis is the better player but Ivory has his advantages

Wright is no where near good. But he offer experience. Good CBs are hard to come by. Many teams have starters that are worse than Wright. It wouldn't be the end of the world. And over the course of their career Davis is much healthier than Gaines so hopefully who ever our backup is doesn't see the field as much as Wright did last year

Really? We have a lot of free agents set to hit the market. We are gonna have to be active. We may not be going after to the top guys.... But I can see us signing a ton of roster fillers. I think Star will be our big piece added. After than I can see is adding 5-6 depth signings.

My issue with this is Kirk's ability to look for NFL talent. Just cause they are awesome in college doesn't mean it's always gonna translate. Could easily see him tauting Jackson and Mayfield over Darnold and Rosen just cause they we're the best players at his level/sport.

No but it shows that Martin probably wasnt in the correct mental state to correctly understand the intent... Let's not forget that Pouncey was also involved. He is African American... I doubt he was using racial slurrs menacingly. And I'm sure the same with Richie. Once Martin decided to leave the team and cry about everything then that's when things got menacing... Well neither did yours... To be honest I think both sides of the aisle are wrong on solutions. Unfortunately with the way people are now a days I think only solution is to start treating public schools like airports. Get armed security, metal detectors and xray machines and all that. Would create more jobs and better protect children

Yes but when they fight for those things they are doing it outside the game. They are visiting patience outside the game, donating toys for children outside of the game and so on... They don't do it while they are at work. What I don't like is that me and you go to our jobs and if we try to make a political statement at work then we would be fired. And many work places to a Toys fo tots... That kind of stuff is good. But making a political statement at work is not the appriate time. Makes the players look selfish because the Owners are the ones that are impacted the most I don't agree with their views on oppression but that is their view points so they have right to protest but on their own time when they aren't working at a game. While I don't think Miller will start I could definitely see it if we don't make any changes. Miller was good in Roman's power blocking scheme... But he struggled mightly with Dennison's zone blocking scheme... Having Daboll coming in and bring back that power blocking scheme could potentially save Johns career. I personally think we are gonna make a run at Norwell... But Sitting could be a cheaper option.

Well we know first hand that winning trumps everything... We lost so many players due to similar offers cause of our drought. It's just nice to have that be to our advantage now
