  1. It should be common knowledge to know you need a mix of recievers. If you have all big tall recievers then you won't get any separation and DBs would just defend the close routes and not defend the deep ball. If you have all small speedy recievers you will struggle in redzone
  2. I think Sirles can play either RG or RT. He played a bit in the last game. As well as Tellar and that was our best offensive line performance. Even when playing a decent Dline.
  3. We seem pretty solid at DT anyway... Sure Kyle is retiring soon but we have 4 good ones right. Now. Could easily plus either of the Philips into a starting position and draft a guy for depth. Our draft picks have to revolve around offense. I mean we have the best defense in league despite all the turnovers and opposing teams getting the ball in good field position from 3 and outs
  4. When it is as obvious as it was against the Jets then you don't need to earn it. I can understand a borderline call going in favor a big name receiver. But when it's that obvious it's a flag everytime.
  5. Yeah we rank low in points giving up cause our offense sucks. Stupid ESPN
  6. Well it's not just a new QB. We had new guys playing on line. Sirles and Tellar. We had faster receivers with Foster, Pryor and McKenzie. And a new backup RB with Murphy. So it wasn't just one new addition. It's amazing how much our offense can open up with better pass protection and recievers who could gain separation.
  7. Terrible play be Wallace. Can't let the RB get the edge
  8. That's a genious play call. To easy. Logan Thomas is a QB and Peake isn't a CB.
  9. Not really. He had that one really good play to get a stop but after that I saw missed tackles.
  10. Think we are gonna be in prime position for N'keal Harry and Aj Brown. I think we are gonna pick in the 7-10 range this year. Maybe Greg Little falls outside the top 5.
  11. Well he has potential to be Wide out 1 here if we trade Kelvin. He doesn't have that opetion elsewhere
  12. Tyrod is a free agent at end of the year. I don't see a trade but we could maybe sign him in off-season. It would make Beane look very smart. Trading him for a 3rd round pick which is used to help trade up to grab a franchise QB and then sign him to be a mentor for said franchise QB. Genius
  13. He doesn't have an NFL arm. Devito on the other hand... He will be an NFL QB soon.
  14. Hurna vs Benjamin straight up?
  15. Of course we would take him if he is available but that is still a long ways away. So much can change before hand. But he could be a very good #2 reciever for us.
  16. Colts defense is horrid. I'm saying 303.. not so much cause of Anderson play but because of crappy defense.
  17. I'm just going based off the thread title. It say rookie QBs not necessarily this years... Mitch was a rookie last year and it seems that Allen's rookie year is very similar to Mitch's... And he seems fine.
  18. Disagree. He seems to be in the same situation that Mitch Trubisky was in last year in Chicago.
  19. It's not that he can't. He just makes it so obvious. They really need to run a hitch and go route with a pump fake. He would have so many receivers wide open the way the DBs are jumping those routes
  20. That last play was so close to being a TD. Needed to just squeeze that in.
  21. And its usually 3rd and long. We are terrible on 1st down
  22. I think he is fine. But offense sucks as a whole. A rookie QB can not be expected to carry the load. With no receiving and no blocking makes it very hard to see the real Josh Allen. And we may not see him until next year.
  23. I'm sure he wouldn't have used them if the first play gained positive yards but after that failed he just figured it would be better to just go into the locker room and hopefully fix our offensive issues. We have had the same issue since week 3 of preseason but keep rolling out the same team and expect different results... Our receivers are terrible. Our OLine have at least improved their run blocking. But we need to make some serious changes this off-season.
  24. To be fair Miller was shredding our defense before that. Didnt look like we could get a stop. But luckily we have plenty of TOs to work with now
