Holy **** somebody that gets it! I like Jerry Hughes I really do. One of the best trades in team history. But at some point you gotta ask yourself if his price tag is worth his production. This happens every year in the NFL. Being efficient in QB hurries doesn’t warrant a 10 mil a year contract in my opinion. But I’m not Brandon Beane. If we were to cut ties with Lawson I wouldn’t be too upset, I’m just saying, he’s cheap and he’s somewhat productive compared to what we’re paying him...

I never said he was “bad”. Comparing his production to his salary and then comparing Lawson’s production to his salary tells me that at this very moment, Lawson is arguably more valuable to the team. You’re right it’s not only measured in sacks, but sacks are a pretty big one. I don’t care how many pressures a guy has, if your best pass rusher is only getting 4 sacks a year then they’re the ones that needs to step it up. Nobody talks about who has the most QB pressures in a season....

He had as many sacks as Hughes last year while playing less games. I’d say he’s arguably our pass rusher at a much cheaper price than Hughes. I’d say they should trade Hughes ??‍♂️

I don’t hate Doug Whaley. The trade for Hughes is one of the best trades in the history of the team. Unfortunately the trade to land Watkins is probably one of the worst. It was a makes or break move, too bad we didn’t have a QB to get him the ball...

There’s a little dive hotel literally right next to the stadium that I stay at. It’s a dump and they overcharge big time the weekend of the home games, but’s it’s awfully convenient if you like to have a few beers and not drive home after the games. I can’t even remember the name of it.... edit: Red Carpet Inn
