  1. I agree with you for draft purposes. But for playoff purposes...
  2. So are we rooting for a tie? If neither team wins our strength of victory won't be dragged down, no?
  3. They mentioned him on the radio recently, his name is actually Andrew Lock. Goes by Drew because his dad has the same name, not to avoid confusion with a certain injured Colt quarterback.
  4. I just thought the Wikipedia entry was funny and was related to a post someone had who mentioned the (disastrous) Peterman half. I was actually just looking at Wikipedia to see Dennison's coaching history over the years to see if anything jumped out that might coincide with OPs question. I'm stumped.
  5. From Wikipedia: On November 19, 2017, Dennison oversaw the worst half of offensive football played by a quarterback in the modern game, after the benching of Tyrod Taylor in favor of the rookie Nathan Peterman. Dennison's credibility as an NFL coach was further called into question when he supported the move made by head coach, Sean McDermott.
  6. TBD works a lot better than the old BBMB forum. I'm not so much upset that it is gone, but the way it went down still bugs me. No warning. I felt abandoned and alone until finding this place. I think it happened right before free agency, too. It would have been nice to have a week or two notice for people to prepare. I still won't give the main Bills site any traffic cause I'm bitter. ?
  7. Forgot about this but yeah, looks crazy to me too. Crazy body control
  8. Not only did the terrible throw cost us a first down and chunk yards, but O'Leary was a good second wide open out of his break before the throw was made
  9. Agreed. Though I have no idea how much it can be increased.
  10. I agree 100%. Take a cannon arm without the cerebral traits and you get a bust in Jamarcus Russell. On the other hand Fitzpatrick had made a decent journeyman career out of his brain talent but not much arm talent. Then you have guys like Rodgers who are the complete package. Arm strength isn't everything, but it's a complementing factor to make an elite quarterback. Arm strength is useless without the brain stuff (if you consider making millions of dollars and being a crappy quarterback "useless"). Odds are more against Peterman becoming elite due to his arm strength (which is why he fell in the draft), but his ceiling is much higher than many give him credit for (long term backup?). I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Get your popcorn ready for this Sunday!!
  11. I disagree with the first part. You don't think opposing team would be licking their chops if Shady were out? I agree with your second part. Heck, looking competitive and entertaining would be a start!
  12. Trust the Process. Whatever happens is part of the process. If you don't support performances like this, you are not supporting the process. /Sarcasm
  13. Was supposed to get the Bills game on TV, but they switched at last moment to Pat's* game. Depending on you folks for the play by play
  14. Sorry if already posted. I read through a bunch but had to give up. According to Football Outsiders, in 2017 Dareus played: 33.3% defensive snaps 11.0% special teams snaps
  15. "Changing your mind" is retiring a couple weeks after signing a contract. But when you then want to play for a different team a couple months later it's called something else.
