McD is a control freak, would never happen. He wants it run his way no matter what the results. Why else would they keep doing the same thing over and over expecting different results?

Disagree, this thing needs to be torn down to the studs with the exception of an handful of players and rebuilt by someone that’s not McBeane. The ineptitude goes too deep, the “process” is too broken

That’s what I’m saying, if they allow beane to rebuild the team and allow McD to remain the HC, nothing will change. It will be the same broken team and same broken philosophy

Humiliating losses to Miami, Atlanta and Houston. All of a sudden this team is a turnover machine that gives up sacks like it’s free candy. They are undisciplined, soft and fragile, McDermott has clearly lost this team. The message is stale and the process is broken, time for a change.

No sense replacing him when it’s going to be someone in-house with the same philosophy. At this point the ones who need to be replaced is Beane and McD, coordinators are not the common denominator
