Kyle Brandt will announce Bills 3rd round pick
MiltonWaddams replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
On that note, they need to bring Mike Rob back. Nate being gone means they need a knowledgeable player with charisma back there. They have been sorely missing that for a long time. -

Player media availability 4/20 - Von Miller, Josh Allen
MiltonWaddams replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Think of the best TE's as an NBA SF. 6'6" and 245lbs. Strong, agile, quick. Howard fits that mold. I played at 255lbs and am 6'5". Not quite as quick or agile as I needed to be to be worth a lick.... -
Who is Your Favorite NFL Football TV Announcer of All Time ?
MiltonWaddams replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
Madden. Great insight, colorful personality, great voice. But the most important thing for me about John was that he just made it fun to watch and listen. -
What is your favorite football related phrase?
MiltonWaddams replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
" ***** Brady " . Does that count? -
Google "Thrift Shop". Huge hit. His album with Ryan Lewis was awesome. That is, of course, if you like hip hop.

Who's in the inner circle for Draft Day discussions?
MiltonWaddams replied to Commish's topic in The Stadium Wall
Lake Dawson, Brian Gaine, Dennis Hickey. Those are the three aside from McD and Beane with a leading voice in the room. -
I might be an outlier here...... Draft needs
MiltonWaddams replied to Yantha's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree, and like Knox quite a bit. I shouldn't have denoted TE as a hole, but as an area where we would love to see improvement to ensure that we have the elite talent required to win a SB. -
Buffalo is a case study in loyalty. The Ralph has been near capacity as long as I have been a fan (36 years). I've been to games in the building years of the late eighties, glory years of the early 90's and the horror show of the early 2000's and the fans were always riled up and supportive. Jersey and merchandise sales remained strong. Fans traveled in droves to watch the team in stadiums around the country. Call the Bills a small market team all you want, but it has to come with an asterisk because there's no big market team that has the true fans that Buffalo brings to the table. It would have been a travesty for the NFL to move away from Buffalo and I am so happy for the city and for all of us that it won't.

MiltonWaddams replied to Yantha's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is the most pinpoint response to the OP. While I understand why many responses have been to chastise his take, I also understand what he is saying. The needs are not exclusively WR3 and CB as many have denoted on the board. The team is a SB favorite because of Josh. But, if you take out Josh, Diggs and Gabe, where is the truly elite offense? The OL is okay, and will need to gel with Bates presumably switching sides and Saffold in the mix. Knox is building and did really well towards the end of the season, but is not the super-elite TE that KC, SF and LV enjoy at this point. There are holes without a doubt. All that being said, CB has to be at the top of that list. Josh can make that O go, but if there's no true CB1 to start the season (with all due respect to Dane, that's not his fit at this point) there is a GIANT hole on one side of the field. Also, getting a CB2 under a rookie contract for 4 years is a very smart play. -
Gilmore to colts… Bills WERE interested
MiltonWaddams replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall
He's not worth that to the Bills, but might be to the Colts. He was far from washed up last season, but I see why the Bills wouldn't want to commit those dollars to him. The search for the fan-approved CB2 continues..... -
The man belongs there and I doubt there is anyone here who can explain why he's not been there for 30 years already.

Not just a stupid question, but an obnoxious way to ask it. I guess that’s just the MO of TMZ. Bunch of annoying paparazzi douche bags.

Olympic Stadium was horrific. A bigger cavernous tomb than Rogers Centre/SkyDome and not as safe. Trading Larry Walker, MArquis Grissom and Pedro the year after they were the best team in baseball was the beginning of the end. They may be able to exist as a Moneyball baseball team with the right ownership and a real baseball stadium, but Montreal still couldn't support an NFL team. It's just not the right city. Vermont and some upper NY state fans may cross the border, but Vermont is largely Pats country, so doubtful they would ever change allegiances.

Are boneless wings with ranch the best game day dish?
MiltonWaddams replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in Off the Wall
I was messing with the classics....aka the members of TBD. I wouldn't eat that ***** if you paid me. I love flats...and drumsticks...and blue cheese. -

Gilmore still is available. Nelson decided winning wasn't everything....or even a consideration.... -

MiltonWaddams replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in Off the Wall
I like a nice cauliflower wing, breaded and oven baked with a heap of Paul Newman's ranch dressing to dip them into. Nothing makes me feel more alive! -
I am a Burrow and Herbert fan. Both great Qb's. But, hell no they are not better than Allen. Have either of them ever taken over a truly important game and willed their offense the way Allen did in the KC game? Nope. Because they can't. Because they are not Josh Allen. edit: And don't go there with a qb that didn't play last year and didn't do jack the year prior. Watson is top 10, but Mahomes and Allen are the definitely superior.

Elon Musk has entered the conversation. There is a 0% chance that Vancouver or Montreal ever get an NFL franchise. Vancouver is way too close to Seattle and makes up a massive share of their ticket sales and merchandise sales. It’s very similar to what Toronto has with the Bills. Montreal is a great hockey market, but proved it’s lack of value in supporting other major league sports with the Expos. I’m not sure if Canadian expansion is something we will see in our lifetime. Every person on this board should hope the Toronto never sniffs an NFL franchise. That’s a lot of money coming in to Buffalo every Sunday.

Are we 100% certain that it wasn’t Bret Hart, or Jimmy Hart or…. Just some other member of the Hart Foundation?!!

One of the kids covered his mouth while he said it. I’m pretty sure they were all Titans fans.
