  1. I was there! I walked into that stadium more interested in the stadium than the game after the Bills had laid eggs the first two games. I was awed by the "Skol" chants and the power that brought to the stadium. I amicably greeted the many Vikes fans around me and shared their expectations of a Vikings win, just hoping to see our rookie QB give some life to the team. And....it was awesome. Hughes strip sack TD, Allen's leap, Allen's stretch....all just awesome....
  2. I'd like to speculate that someone's speculation about someone else's unverified opinion may point to the possible end of someone's career that has no basis other than speculation.
  3. That's my 7 year olds hide and seek technique...which makes sense as she is the same height as Tua!
  4. The whole thread probably could be summed up right there. Well done
  5. I’d give that to Pickens…but he’s showing to be a rookie Prima donna and that’s not a good look.
  6. What I meant is that he is an anomaly as a player. I do see how you read it the other way though. My apologies.
  7. This only benefits us as fans because the more endorsements he gets, the more people see Buffalo as a viable spot to play and earn marketing dollars. Of course, we all know that Josh is an anomaly, but it sure doesn’t hurt. Kind of like when Bruce had his commercials back in the day.
  8. I stand when the action is hot (In the Red Zone) or when they score or get a big play to cheer, but sit 80-90% of the time. Standing the whole time is a turd move. There are appropriate times when everyone wants to stand and get into it, just know what those are so you don't end up being a jerk to the people behind you. They paid too.
  9. That's not a very "Old Man" statement. Shouldn't you be outside shouting at clouds?
  10. There is something to consider in that he may have had an analysis at the hospital and by the Bills med staff but still felt more discomfort than he liked. Because of the long-term impact of neck injuries, he and his agent may have determined that it would be prudent to seek another doctor, a specialist at that, to examine him as well. As a former paid athlete, I cannot see how that would be construed as anything more than taking care of oneself. We only have one body to live this life with. Better use it wisely.
  11. I’ve had a long-standing fear of pastels. They’re just too soft. What are they hiding?!!
  12. Poyer!!! No! Why?!!
  13. On the MNF broadcast, someone said Phillips was 6'8", 330lbs. That just didn't seem right....
  14. Funny that Phoenix and LV, two of the driest, if not the two driest, environments in the league will use the water to maintain a natural grass field.
  15. I’ve never thought of closely watching a man’s groin, but if you told me to, I would take it up as a hobby. In @GunnerBill I trust.
  16. Diggs every time. Better human. Better route runner. Better with Allen. But, Cheetah is a helluva wr.
  17. Sometimes I dream, We had Raheem, In our O scheme, And on the team.. But, alas.....
  18. You would have thought that had he not caught the run on video. Not Surprising how driven that guy is. If a team was looking for a publicity stunt that guy would run to the stadium faster than any 48 year old ever did.
  19. How dare you disparage the good name of Jim Kelly. The man went through cancer of the jaw. Do you think that might have affected his singing voice?
  20. Yeah…but Waddle and Hill are now playing on the same team and that makes things very different. Also, the key members of the Bills team sitting on the sidelines (or medical tent/locker room/hospital) injured after last nights game have also changed that script. Like every other week in the NFL, this is not a week to be cocky. That is a much improved Miami team that we will see in Orchard Park on Sunday. Should the Bills win? Absolutely. But, there’s not even close to a guarantee.
  21. Perhaps with Cook’s limited performance in the fourth quarter, they may start to trust and use him more as the back up. I understand the philosophy for having a power back, but I’m not sure that the team realizes that Moss is just a big back without the field vision and agility required.
  22. Phillips earned one. Plugged the run beautifully
  23. This mf'er is called "booger". He has no right to be appalled at ketchup and mustard.
