  1. It should surprise you. That is definitely a worst case scenario
  2. Yesssss! We have a guy that will compete for WR3! But, at the same time...yessss.....we have a WR! What a saga...glad that's over. Hope he blossoms in Buffalo. Size and athleticism are there.
  3. Cousineau has to be a popular choice. Terrible, terrible. Whatever the story was with the contract and the neglect on draft day, he was the biggest waste of a pick. Patulski, Maybin and Mike Williams, despite his concencus status, were all in the running for sure, but at least they played for the team. Edit: I didn't know this, but I just googled who they traded him for to Cleveland and it ended up being a first rounder: Mr James Edward Kelly. Maybe not the biggest wasted pick after all....
  4. It must have been hell at BBMB. It sure feels like they've transported the flame over here.
  5. I love that, 4 years in, he is still viewed as a developmental project. Not saying it never happens, but I don't see Geno as the poster boy for late bloomers
  6. 8am here. I am only one coffee in and apparently need another. Thanks.
  7. It's not AP. He did play....albeit a minimal amount
  8. I watch every Seahawks game and have enjoyed his play out here and would love to see him on the Bills. That being said, his injury doesn't answer questions, it adds to the list of them.
  9. Yeah...we will. We saw what he could/couldn't do when given the opportunity. He was handed the reins in year 1, which I would not say was the plan. The thing is that he wasn't tasked with running a complex offence. He didn't have a great OL, but he made about 1/4 of the plays you need from a starting QB. He just wasn't good.
  10. All the best to the guy. Good person, just was a horrible 1st round pick and a listless QB
  11. I wouldn't. Wood, when healthy, is a top 10 C. Groy is not. He is a back-up C and guard, not a RT.
  12. This....is the truth. Maybe not the basement as that is demeaning and not the way in which to start a fruitful relationship, but this conversation assuredly happens. I can actually see it happening via "Skype" in a boardroom, but in fact it just being a pre-recorded generic message repeated over and over to all signed free agents.
  13. It IS cheap for him. The reason teams like ATL, SEA and NE get these players on 1 year prove-it deals is that they can guarantee a winning team on the field, and even more so if the signed player lives up to, or exceeds, expectations. The player banks on themselves being the player they know they are and the team has a lower-risk signing with the ability to greatly increase their chances at a Super Bowl. Buffalo does not have that in the least. The gamble in signing with the Bills is that you bet on both the team and yourself. There just hasn't been a recent history of success.
  14. Bills fans should be hoping more. Our GM is more prone to take on your lame and infirm... But, more seriously, the guy was good out here in the PNW. He would make a solid addition. Maybe even bring that Seattle rugby tackling technique with him?
  15. Me neither! I won't watch more than two *pats games all year!
  16. But, I was told that there would be top notch FA signings. I'm taking my expectations to a competing team.......
  17. Great question. He became a beast just in time to earn a massive new contract. Ergo, no
  18. Don't be surprised if RGIII is the backup. I have zero inside info on that. It just makes sense to have a similar skill set at 1 and 2
  19. Thank you for putting in the work and for posting here! Solid article and analysis.
  20. I'm all behind this signing. He played fantastically at the beginning of last season he would be a good addition to our defensive backfield
