Felton was a pretty good fullback for us last year. Shady gave him a lot of credit for his blocking in the running game. I wouldn't say he sucked. Certainly more useful than DiMarco or Tolbert have shown to be this season.

Todd McShay 2018 Mock Draft 1.0

The part where you said "don't consider myself an expert " was a good summary of this post. Roquan in the second? After the combine, don't be surprised to see him top 10. As for Josh Allen, I doubt they need to trade up. Rosen? Yes. Allen? No. -
Aaron Williams still looking to come back
MiltonWaddams replied to rafter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Aaron was a great player for us when healthy and surely that's why he wants to continue his career. However, nothing is worth the risk he would be taking if he stepped on an NFL field. Stay retired, stay healthy and find a new passion. He will always be great in our memories. -
Week 14 Game Balls vs. the Colts
MiltonWaddams replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was impressed with Adolphus today. He came up big a number of times and was getting consistent pressure on the QB and had good stops in the backfield. Maybe he's getting going now as that's 3 strong games in a row. Game balls- Shady KB Webb for doing better than expected in a very tough situation Schmidt Washington -
Should Bills pass on Draft Prospects that
MiltonWaddams replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Baker should 100% play, but that's a National Championship he has to play for. Rosen? I don't think it hurts his top 2 chances if he doesn't play and it would kill his chances if he went out and got seriously hurt. -
If Tyrod has a noticeable limp, I have zero clue how McDermott doesn't just say Peterman is the guy this week. Like most of you, I like Tyrod as a person but his limitations on the field are directly tied to mobility. If he can't escape the pocket, he has proven to be mostly useless. An immobile Tyrod is a very bad QB.

Agreed, but that team is far from devoid of talent. They nailed the Garrett pick and are loaded with picks this year. Whoever runs the draft there this year has an immense opportunity. I never understood the hiring of a non-football guy, but I don't think he failed miserably in his attempt to add an influx of talent. They're going to be able to draft Rosen this year and that lineup is suddenly going to look a whole lot better.

I don't see Gaines being a casualty. Based on his consistency this season, he'll be re-signed as a priority. The cap space exists for him and a few mid-tier guys. Star would be a great fit, but the $'s may be too rich. Sadly, the draft will be the most key thing this offseason.

Is McBean trying to pull a Cashman Move?
MiltonWaddams replied to Kmart128's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The sad fact of the matter is that you were comparing the New York Yankees to the Buffalo Bills and that is not a fair comparison. The Yankees are a storied franchise with a history of winning. The Buffalo Bills, however, are a sad sack franchise with a history of losing. There was rationale for Chapman to return to the Yankees. Why would Sammy ever want to come back to Buffalo? -
I know just the man for the job. The Upton job I mean.

I love Kate Upton. I may be sufficiently endowed to entice her, but her husband surely does not want to part with her. This is a solid analogy for this situation.
-
All a matterof cost. I love Darnold and Baker, but the two firsts are too high a cost for the number of holes needed to fill with quality players. But man would I love to see one of them in a Bills uniform in 2018.

Hypothetically if Giants release Manning
MiltonWaddams replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hell no. Tre should in no way be included in any trade offer, never mind one for an aged QB who hasn't done anything in 4 seasons. I liked Eli fine, but he is not the answer for the Bills. Inject the youth. Darnold, Rosen or Baker. Other than that build the lines and gamble on a 3rd round QB and Peterman. If Mason is there in the second, he should be considered. -
"But,but....I'm a superhuman...."

Although you are, very sadly, absolutely correct and I see the need for at least one high draft pick to grab that QB, I have long ago reconciled myself to the fact that we chher for mediocrity as well as anyone. The advantage is that at 8-8, we will still have a huge opportunity to draft two studs at positions of need that will come into a far better locker room than the poor saps that walk into Cleveland and New York next year. I must find solace somewhere....

The hit heard round the world

It's a difficult thing to reconcile in ones mind; being a Bills fan and not liking OJ. Can one be a huge fan of the player and despise the man?
