  1. While I'm in the Mayfield camp on this one (His attitude brings to mind a certain great Bills QB who really didn't want to initially be in Buffalo), I really don't think Hackenberg and Allen are in the same category. Allen really knows how to play football, has a massive arm, great mobility and a great desire to improve and win. If he ends up as the Bills pick, no one should be surprised. He has to cut down a bit on his risky throws to succeed in the NFL, as playing vs sub par competition had him getting away with throws he never would in the NFL, but he's got the look and body of an NFL QB.
  2. CB? Definitely correctly placed at the bottom of this list. Is that under the assumption that Gaines walks or based on his injuries?
  3. I'm going to investigate that Minny game. That stadium is worth the trip methinks.
  4. I was discussing this with my father-in-law yesterday. Pagano's best season in Indy was actually Arians' year of coaching. Indy couldn't replace Pagano after his inspirational fight against cancer, but Arians proved himself the superior coach.
  5. Form letter: Thank you for your interest. I am receiving 100's of messages daily. Please do not be offended if I don't reply. The Bills like Cousins and 31 back-ups and have looked closely at the Vikings situation. They will drat offence and defence in the draft, but would consider a trade if it came available. Sincerely, Deer Hunter Don
  6. I agree and also believe that every owner not named Kraft should donate to cover these fines. Not one on-air personality or unbiased media member has so much as mentioned that as even a decent call. Not saying we win, but that was a morale and momentum changing call. Absolute BS.
  7. I think Gronks parents did that to him repeatedly as a child.
  8. Sad thing is that, when healthy, he has made every bit as much of a difference as Sammy. The difference in the defence between when he plays and when he doesn't has been sizeable.
  9. Unconfirmed Report:I'm going to lead off all future speculative posts with "Unconfirmed Report:"
  10. Not to mention that one of those WR is Benjamin who is at constant risk of going out for the game.
  11. It's not that great of a mind anyway. Doesn't even use proper grammar....
  12. That's from a movie with Kevin Costner. Now you're just making stuff up.
  13. My thoughts exactly.
  14. Finley will be an interesting case if he comes out. Definitely has the attitude that McD seems to like, but you are right about the arm. It's accurate but he doesn't have much velocity behind those throws. I like the guy and am keen on seeing how he plays on Friday, but he would seem to me to be a low-risk, lower ceiling QB relative to a Lamar, Rudolph or Allen.
  15. Love that commercial. Gas can be magnificent too.
  16. Josh Allen. First pick, second round. Takes job from Taylor in TC
  17. Have you ever replaced your breakfast cereal with the house brand? Same stuff different packaging
  18. New to Bills fandom? Snarky is a pre-requisite as far as I can tell.
  19. Sorry, sounds a lot like my post. Should have read the thread prior to posting.
  20. Hold that thought. Now keep it in there forever. Not a chance in hell the 9ers make Jimmy G available.
  21. Ouch! That's a stupid, stupid thing to say. Great team motivation and leadership John! You hope for better things for fellow long-suffering fans, but it's always same old, same old....
  22. I am not so much for the "retaliation with intent to maim or injure " philosophy, but I am still keen on a Milano jersey and am more confident with him and his speed and size covering Gronk than I have been with any LB we've had here in the past 5 years. If he pickedoff Brady on a Gronk target, I may be online shortly thereafter purchasing said jersey.
  23. Myles Garrett is better than good. When healthy, he was a wrecking machine this season.
  24. How do they even have wi-fi under those bridges?
  25. The hope, as you have to relate to and feel for Browns fans, is that they hired the right guy to run the show and Haslam steps away from day-to-day team operations. If they end up with two of the top 5 picks and walk away with an elite QB and RB, as I believe they go Rosen-Barkley, not to mention all of their picks to stock up on in the later rounds, this team should be truly elite within 3 seasons. They drafted well last year and loaded up the OL with some savvy spending in the offseason, they are absolutely on an upward trend. Now, about that coaching staff....
