What do drew brees and Phillip Rivers have in common?
Both are franchise quarterbacks. Neither have been to the playoffs since 2013. More to it than simply the qb
I'm disappointed but mainly because we got so unlucky with Sammy. This could be the beginning of a new era for the Bills but as ever it's wait and see now. On the plus side, Brandon can't be involved much with football now there is no way Mr Marketing would let Sammy and Darby be traded.
This is what i have been saying, Sammy and Darby combined are not worth a single win compared to Matthews and Gaines. Our season will be much the same and i don't think any of us really believed we were playoff bound.
If anyone thinks that Sammy and Darby are worth more than maybe 0.5 wins this year they are idiots. Out team for 2017 is basically the same, our team for 2018 onwards is much better,
Patriots fans neither understand real football or have anything to add to any discussion. Their team is historically better than any other team in the NFL because they bend the rules constantly and have a crazy combination in Brady and Bellichick. As soon as Brady leaves Billy B will too and they will go back to setting NFL records for low attendance at home games.
The Patriots are garbage, let's focus on our own team and stop talking about them all the time.
Either Tyrod takes us to the playoffs or we draft a QB high next year, even if we go to the playoffs I think we're done with Tyrod and want to follow in the footsteps of the Titans, Bucs, Eagles etc. and just get our guy and build from there.
I think these moves show us that Russ Brandon has little to no influence on the team now. There is no way he let's Sammy go with the tickets he could bring in
Now i've had time to digest this, does anyone think we are actually worse off? How many wins difference are we looking at this year between darby Watkins and Matthews Gaines?
This trade was all about the draft picks. I can't honestly say we are significantly worse as a team with Matthews and Gaines but those draft picks are going to be incredibly useful come the 2018 draft.
