  1. To the libs out there protesting DOGE like it is the end of the world.

Do you think that the US has been inefficient in their spending over the past few decades?

Is DOGE terrible to you because of who is behind it or what it consists of?

If Obama or Biden did this, would you have still been against it?

Personally, I can say that some things go beyond politics. I am fine with this regardless who the president is. Same way that I was glad to see Biden put through an infrastructure bill (despite the climate scheme pork.) No President is 100% good or 100% bad. Financial accountability and transparency in the government was desperately needed and the spending leaking out has proven it.

Edit: One last request. They aren't going after our Social security, every cabinet member for any president is unelected and some wasteful spending was definitely uncovered, so don't play those three cards and give sensible replies only.

Hoax.  You responded to him.  Also, when your home remedy of Natty Ice and meth fails to cure your next ailment,  you’ll probably call a guy just like him.  And use Medicaid to cover the treatment.

Wow, a cheap and baseless insult three days after the conversation ended? Try to make your trolling less obvious. Welcome to my ignore list.

Edit: If I was sick, I would consult my Primary care provider. I would not try your Natty Ice and meth "treatment", and I would definitely not reach out to an old, unethical quack who is probably currently living in a third world county due to losing their license after "prescribing" too many opioids to themselves and their friends.

Biden gave them billions in aid and increased the federal share to 90%.

Now that’s enough deflecting from the topic at hand.

I am not deflecting, the question is very relevant. Are you against the misspending of tax dollars? The dems and media are trying to scare the masses into thinking  "ThEy GoNnA tAkE mUh, SoSha LSeCoOriTeE!" but no on in their right mind should buy into that. This is resulting on MORE freed up money making it LESS likely for the need to cut vital services. Perhaps The victims of Helene and the wildfires would have had more aid if the money wasn't going towards proselytizing the LGBT lifestyle to other countries

I know that many including you  have been conditioned by the media to be 100% against Trump even if he cured cancer or made world peace, but if it was from someone else, would you be happy with reducing frivolous spending or helping disaster area residents? Or do you just prefer in general that your tax dollars are wasted?

The headlines in the reliable mainstream media would read “Why a Balanced Budget May Be Bad for America”.

The US having a surplus would be positioned as "Trump hoards Millions in treasury! How Americans could lose ALL of their social services."

There is no quick one click block button, but there is a block feature on the board and I strongly encourage you to use it.

    Here's how:

    Click on your profile.

Account > Account Settings > Ignored Users

Under "Add new user to ignore list" type name of user you wish to ignore.

You can then choose to ignore any of the following from that poster:

    Posts, Messages, Mentions.

    I routinely select all three.

Click add user and boom, now you will no longer see posts from Joe Ferguson forever (Quack, MD)

Unfortunately the ignore function isn't air tight. If another poster not already on your ignore list decides to quote Quack, MD then you will see his quoted content.

Welcome to the ignore feature, I encourage using it liberally. I think  you'll find that it will significantly improve your PPP experience.

    Cheers.

    Done, Thanks

I actually did try to have reasonable conversations with them at first last year, but every reply from them was deflect, insult "I'm a doctor".  Best for me to move on and not engage.

so I'm imagining that you're reading and answering my posts?  We must be in parallel realities.  Yeah, that's it.  It's alternate truth.

Unfortunately, there is no block button and you initiated the first response to me today. If you do not like me or my opinions, stay the hell away from my posts, and this include your childish laughter emoji's.

there you go again.  for not being worth the time, you're spending a bit insulting me.  ad hominem is one of the easiest fallacies to rebut.  but debate isn't your thing.  You seem joyful to me.  whatever you're doing, keep it up.  Happiness is winning!

Ladies and gentleman, another unsolicited Ted Talk from Dr. Dunning-Kruger.

Then don't spend time responding.  once again, you are incorrect on everything written.

I posted, you responded. Get it straight. If you are too senile to remember the order of posting after ten minutes, then maybe you aren't mentally fit to be here.  You are nothing more than a bitter, ignorant old man and if you think that I am wrong on everything, this means that I am on the right track.

People should strive to think opposite of you. You are a sad and bitter person and should be pitied.

  9. He was my least favorite coach when here, but seemed like a nice person who genuinely cared for his players, He also had some success as a coordinator and player.

RIP Dick Jauron, and my condolences to his family.

Anti_Christ? That's a new one for Trump. I'm used to Christian Nationalists and Penecostals calling Clinton and Obama that, but I've never seen a progressive try to play that card with Trump.

yes, because magas rarely criticized our party when you lost.  Y'all loved Obama's 2 terms.

Get bent you commie quack.   You aren't worth the time and effort to me anymore. Go back to sniffing nitrous oxide and trying to find a third world country that will still let you practice.

  12. Looks like a judge stepped in and blocked Musk from accessing the treasury.

Thank God that they rescued the government from having financial accountability while helping Americans fight for their right to have their tax dollars wasted and misspent. Thanks also to the media for telling us what to think about it (that DOGE is bad cause Orange man bad)

Crazy how those MAGA's wanted transparency in their government. How dare they! We have a right to be lied to by the government and media.

Kidding aside, Do progressives actually want to help people or is scaring them into accepting third-world living conditions and dividing the country to the verge of Civil war the only things that they care about?

  13. I do like fun, and I do like Fitz, but I do not think that he is a Hall of Famer.  He was one of the best backups of a time, which resulted in him often finding his way back to starting, but at no point was he considered a top 10QB, let alone at an elite top Tier.  To add more perspective, Philip Rivers was a good QB who probably won't get in. Would you have started Fitz over Rivers over a long term period of time?

Fitz's best chance of getting in would be as an announcer if he were to stick around for a couple of decades and stand out as one of the best and most entertaining.

Couldn't even wait a month. I wish that they would add a rule when anyone who puts up an invalid impeachment charge loses their job after.

Progressives will hopefully keep this crap up until only the sheepiest of the left buy any of their lies. That way, we never get what we had under Biden again.

Note to dem politicians, grow the hell up, get a life and try to make the country better instead of wasting politicians time and the court resources.

Your not in just the minority, you are in denial. The worst NBA starters would win 100% of the games. Top female athletes are not competitive with top male athletes and anyone who argued otherwise is stupid.

Agreed, but the gap is even larger. 20-30 years ago when Pat Summitt had a woman's dynasty for Tennessee she would scrimmage them against division 3 mens teams, but eventually went to intramural players because there was still too much of a gap in competition to keep up. Women's basketball has advanced since then, but a top Division 1 Women's team would still struggle to reach .500 in men's d3 or NAIA.

In a sport like tennis where the gap is closer, Serena in her prime might crack the top 100 in men's, but not much higher. A premier woman athlete may beat an average schmo or maybe even a lower level league player, but they would fall short against a top ranked male.

The reality is that a bench player for any D1 men's team could get snipped and lead the women's division in scoring during the next season. There is a reason why most people (including many who were for trans rights otherwise) knew that it was a bad idea to let boys play girl's sports.

Why does President Musk hate democracy?

He doesn't, you just hate anyone that thinks differently from you and want to go back to the days where dissenting views were censored. You also hate that you can't treat the country like.Veruca Salt treats her parents in Charlie and the chocolate factory ("I want a pony!") and that the country is exposing the wasteful spending."

Why do you hate freedom of speech and fiscal responsibility.?

Cut the crap. The "ThReAt To DeMoCrAcY" schtick fell on its face. Your party pulled s&%t like this for four years. Most Amercians can see right through the childish assumptions and manipulation. If your party wants any chance of winning in two or four years, take ownership of went wrong for and try to be better.

No redirects or childish assumptions please. Now, what is your real question?

But it’s up 6c/gallon this week.  So it’s rising.  I thought it was supposed to fall.  Like the price of eggs.

And that came down.  And now it’s going up again.  Why?  I thought Trump was supposed to fix that.  Not focus on MAGA-ZA.

Libs in 2023: Biden can't help the inflation, it only been three years give it time.

Libs in 2025: Gas is up a few cents in my area and Trump has been in for one whole month, Impeach him!!!!!!

I don't know where this quote is from? But it's horse *****. All I heard on the news was about inflation and no one ever once said it wasn't bad. This stuff is so easy to see through.

That is just from a quick search. I know that it benefits the left to rewrite history, but they only started to acknowledge inflation in 2024. Will Trump be better? That remains to been seen, but he has Canada and Mexico negotiating for better terms.
