  1. Give it 10 minutes and someone else will do it for him lol
  2. Oh god it WAS 6-3! I thought it was a barely more respectable 6-9 hahaha. Literally the worst game of football I ever saw. I decided not to get a jersey that day because I already had my Moorman one and that was enough since he was our only good player that day lol
  3. Ironically the 6-9 Bills vs Browns poo show in 2009 rings a bell regarding that Jauron era hahaha. Brady Quinn & Derek Anderson vs Trent Edwards 🥶🤮 EDIT: this game was actually 3-6 🤣
  4. Remember when the browns beat the pats in 2010? Do you think their fanbase was calling for heads after that game? It was 34-14. They had no business losing that game at all. What about when the Bucs lost last year to NO? They got thrashed. Brady looked human. Do you think their fan base was ready to burn it all down after one awful performance? Good teams play bad games sometimes. Bad teams find ways to win against better opponents sometimes. Crap happens. We are a better team than we realize, and we sometimes have a habit of nitpicking our weaknesses. We aren’t perfect, sure, but we have the tools to win. If we can get our OL healthy and get Knox back I feel we will be primed to do our thing on offense again. With this Defense and Offense we can win. I do think there are other teams that either match up against us well or may even be more complete, but that doesn’t mean they get a free pass to the bowl. please note- I’m not saying we are perfect or can’t improve. We were a play away from winning vs Tenn. We had a ST blunder be the difference vs Pitt. We, uh, lost to the damn Jags. I get it, but it’s not a forgone conclusion that we can’t win. You have the right to be frustrated, but this fa base can sometimes overreact because we are so afraid to be irrelevant again. trust the process- it’s worked well enough so far
  5. I love that despite the open dam we call an OL he puts it on his shoulders. Kid is a leader and is legitimately the glue to this team. Let this be the equivalent of the cards game last year- lost a game we should absolutely have won. Let’s go tear some hearts out.
  6. It’s not always a guarantee you’re getting a star just because you draft them high. Spiller with 9th overall and while he made some highlight runs he was not worth that investment- especially because he was drafted to a team that had FredEx and Lynch. He was projected as the #1 back in the 2010 draft and selected 9th overall. He was often injured and even when he left Buffalo he didn’t do much. granted, nearly all of the RB’s in the draft that year were hot garbage. James Starks was one of the better backs and we missed him- someone in our own back yard. Prepare to barf (I’m only showing the top-3 here) 9 - Cj Spiller 41 - Terrell Troup 72 - Alex Carrington Stars (regardless of position) we passed on: Gronk, Jerry Hughes (lol), Devin McCourty, Earl Thomas, Maurkice Pouncey, Carlos Dunlap, positions of need players we missed on: JPP, Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders (lol), Antonio Brown (blessing in disguise?) ***Our biggest needs were QB, LT, RT, DT, and OLB. All the QB’s sucked too.
  7. 100% agree. Kermit needs a new target aside from Reek and Kelce. Honestly I’d rather he go there than someplace like LA. I could also see GB since they have one truly good receiver and nothing else on that WR squad
  8. “Stop sleeping on me!” Truer words, Jordan. I hope he gets his pro bowl nod this year.
  9. Did the same in one of my leagues. You’re not alone at least
  10. Brian Moorman has more passing attempts than Mitch Trubisky as a Buffalo Bill. Steve Johnson is (currently) the only Bills WR to have back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons ever.
  11. THIS JUST IN: Raiders announce after releasing Ruggs, they are adding a WR named, uh, “Nathaniel Pederman”…
  12. TO was this guy at one point except he could still play. OBJ was good for a few highlights but fell off once his ego got inflated.
  13. But if Josh has a stinger and is only out a few weeks we are not done- that’s the contingency I am referring to. It may jeopardize #1 seed but Mitch is talented enough to win. Can he pull a “Foles” and win it all? Who knows… I hope we never have to find out but i would rather have the best option available in an emergency. if we can get an absolutely key piece that is lock down for a few years then we do what we have to, but Mitch gives us the best chance to win vs any other backup in the NFL
  14. I know we need help on the oline, and while Trubisky may never even play significant time with us I have a weird feeling about potentially trading him away. I feel like (God forbid) he can play well enough to win some games short term if we should need him to. I hope he never has to, but I feel much better about him being here than not
  15. Damn, a 6th is a steal (no pun intended)
  16. Are they a good defense? Absolutely. 2 shutouts is impressive at this level no matter who we are playing against. Are they a great defense? Most likely. When playing high level talent we almost always keep the scores low and competitive. QBs often have average at best performances against us. Rushing has been more successful however we are vastly improved compared to last year. Are they an Elite defense? Not at this time. Our backfield is probably a CB2 away from being elite (although Levi I think has played well this year, we know our elite players are White, Poyer, and Hyde). Our LBs are strong but still not quite there (Milano is definitely Elite, not going to start a debate on Edmunds). The Line and Edges are the real hang ups. Be it no-call penalties, lack of penetration, or just not hitting the QB when the opportunity presents itself is a challenge. Star showed he is valuable vs the run on the line, but I am concerned about depth. We have a plethora of Edge players who any seem to get into a rhythm because we have to scratch a few healthy players for numbers reasons. I think Groot is going to be a force but I don’t expect him to come into his rookie year as that level of a player. (Bruce needed a few years to come to form). I like Basham in his limited action, and Epenesa has played well too. Addison I think is a liability and Hughes can never seem to get a call when he’s actually being disruptive. I think Addison is gone after this year. We have a damn good team, and our Defense has played to an excellent level, but I don’t think we are truly elite as of yet. I think honestly next year we may be. With our weapons we have on offense at skill positions I think we have another draft like last year where we shore up the “less sexy” positions. Oline is top priority, then DL to replace Star after next year. We also need a CB2. I know we tend to hit well on late round picks but I believe we leverage some of them to trade up and maybe take 5 players total. Between the influx of new blood and the veterans maybe having 1-2 more good years before age slows them down, we remain great but we may push to elite levels if we hit well
  17. The TD was totally fine, and there is no arguing it. We couldn’t kill the clock by taking a knee, so we had to make a play. We ran a play that anyone could have seen coming a mile away. Miami gave up the score- that’s on them. the 2 point conversion I could see an argument for. I’m fine because going up by 17 means a 3 score game and nearly impossible to lose. nearly. let me take you (unfortunately) back to the first game of 2009- Bills stomping the pats, TB12 coming back from injury. 1:16 to go. Brady gets 2 TDs and wins 25-24. Now I’m not saying Tua is Brady or anything like that, but we muffed a punt return to give them ideal field position to steal that win. Isaiah already had a bad return… The lesson here is this: don’t give them any chances to steal the win. I’m fine with the TD and Conversion attempt- god knows we need the practice lol
  18. Well, I know what I’m doing tonight hahaha. I mean, at least for the third quarter
  19. After winning vs Baltimore last year, I truly felt like it was going to be our year… we exorcised so many demons in one season: Josh turned elite, #2 in MVP, division sweep, had tied our best record, defense was playing well enough, etc. it just felt like we were destined to get to the bowl and win the thing vs the biggest source of pain for 20 years vs our franchise. I wanted Brady then. Things are different now. I care so little about the past, about exorcising demons, about getting respect from the national media (although it is nice we are getting it finally). All I care about is winning. It doesn’t matter who we face, or where we play, or the individual accolades we collect. All that matters is a Lombardi coming home to Buffalo. if we face Brady? So be it. If we face Dallas? Same sentiment. The headlines will all be about the previous 2 SB games we played them in. It’s not 1994. Our QB wasn’t even born when that game happened. Whoever it is that’s in our way goes down. Respect who they are and what they do, but don’t fear them. Our time is coming, whether anyone else likes it or not. ”it’s us, and only us.”
  20. This is about to get ugly…
  21. Just like last year we let this one marinate and come back better for it. Of course it hurts, but we will come back stronger and the schedule gets much better from here. Tennessee is a playoff team and a very tough matchup for us. Please- don’t get the pitchforks out yet lol, it’s a long season
  22. This will be the equivalent of last years cards game. We let it stew and come back better for it
  23. Yessssss lol this is gold
  24. Beasley in the back looking like the “Toasty” guy from Mortal Kombat 2 🤣🤣🤣
  25. I know one thing: The Bills Remembered. 🤣
