That was great. Josh keeps watching the left side for the jump, sees he has a free play and Davis goes up to make it worth something. these are the kinds of plays the O needs to make to get back on track. Great series so far taking what they can and striking hard when the Raiders make a mistake.

Tom Brady was a 10 year veteran when he threw 4 picks vs the Bills in 2011. He also lost to the (eventual) 5-11 Browns 14-34 the year before. I’m not making excuses for Josh, but good players have bad games. That being said, he does have some cleanup work to do. I’d rather he have a game like this now when he has time to get it right. At the very least the Bengals and Chiefs lost as well so there’s some solace in this terrible week 1 football.

It was ugly. The sooner we put week 1 behind us the sooner we focus on the task at hand. I won’t make excuses for it, but Allen knows he was trying to super hero this game way too much. A hard lesson to learn but I’d rather learn it week 1. We’re on to Vegas. Get a W and get this crap behind us. Let the jets have their week 1 Super Bowl and move forward.

I mean, we went 8-3 in regular season games not counting the cancelled Bengals game. 1-1 in the playoffs. Not always pretty, but let’s not condemn them just yet

I started Burrow in a fantasy league today. Sam Howell is my backup and has 5x the points Burrow had. if you had ever asked me if I thought Howell would ever have 5x the fantasy points as Burrow (barring injury) I’d have laughed in your face. As sad as my fantasy team looks today, boy am I smiling as a Bills fan. Now the chiefs and bengals will be starting 0-1. All we have to do tomorrow is win.
