  1. I have long since stopped being concerned about our WR corps. It's a lost cause that will undoubtedly be addressed in the offseason. Brandon Tate vs Philly Brown starting in the slot is basically meaningless. Missing Gaines will be huge though.
  2. Great, so Stonehands McGee is our #1 WR for the forseeable future. Save us, Brandon Reilly.
  3. The scab year will be our chance to win the superbowl!
  4. We couldn't comfortably beat one of the worst rosters of the past decade. I'm happy we won but so far thoroughly unimpressed. If we beat Carolina on the road next week I'll be a lot more optimistic, however.
  5. Does transplant work for the team? Is he secretly John Murphy? 4-12, book it.
  6. If it isn't Humber we're going to have some serious problems at LB
  7. Kurt Warner absolutely deserves to be in the HOF. Terrell Davis on the other hand...
  8. Every single year at camp, the defense runs roughshod over the line for the first week or two and people act as if the sky is falling.
  9. Remember when some people were picking Ragland as our first rounder last year? Boy have times changed.
  10. I wonder why the Bills didn't bring him back, he couldn't have been very expensive and is definitely better than O'Leary.
  11. Glad to see Whaley's ghost is still around turning 4th round picks into 7th round picks.
  12. I'm perfectly happy with them staying gone. It keeps me from cringing whenever they were on TV. Now if we had the Tampa Bay or Miami cheerleaders...
  13. Brandon is the head of the snake, but he's too good of a marketer to be cut off.
  14. Good riddance, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
  15. Insurance for when Richie retires I would assume.
  16. How would we trade up to #1 for Darnold without picking up an extra 1st along the way? (Possible) jokes aside, I'm happy with the trade and the result. I think White will be a great player for us for the length of his rookie deal until he signs with the pats.
  17. Trubisky, but he almost certainly won't be there, so Corey Davis. Howard is an amazing talent but taking a TE with a top 10 pick with the way our offense is built is just ugh. I wish this were a good year for OTs.
  18. You make this sound so easy, but it takes two to tango. Dareus and Glenn have no incentive to restructure. "For the good of the team" is not a strong argument when the team is circling the drain.
  19. Drafting players, developing them, letting them walk, and then drafting to fill the holes they left was the worst thing about the last decade of Ralph's ownership. Nate Clements, Antoine Winfield, Jason Peters, Marshawn Lynch, the list goes on. The Bills had gotten away from this under Pegula by retaining a lot of good talent like Dareus, Glenn, and Wood but now we seem to going back to the way things were. We let Gilmore and Woods, two good players that we drafted walk in free agency leaving us with CB and WR as probably our biggest holes going into the draft. And in typical Bills fashion, we'll probably just be spinning our wheels this weekend by replacing a 1st and 2nd round CB/WR we drafted with another 1st and 2nd round CB/WR we draft while other teams pay the players we developed to improve their teams. None of the players drafted by the Bills in 2013 are on the team, and there is only 1 from each of 2011 and 2012, which is just incredible. A lot of this can be blamed on Whaley's awful cap management, but I feel like the organization still just doesn't want to hand out real contracts to good (i.e., not blockbuster and not depth) players, sticking with massively overpaying for a few marquee free agents (and Dareus, although he is supremely talented) and signing the rest of the roster off the scrap heap to 1-year prove-it deals. And yes, I realize letting Byrd leave and go on to be a massive free agency bust runs opposite to this, but the exception proves the rule. Good teams win by nurturing the talent they draft.
  20. They need to get rid of TNF altogether, the quality of play is abysmal and the short weeks/semi-bye weeks teams get have a huge impact on other games. But the league loves money so that will never happen.
  21. I can't believe Disney is still keeping ESPN around. It's been hemorrhaging money for years. It really just needs to be nothing but actual sports broadcasts and sportscenter. Y'know, the two things people actually turn to ESPN to see.
  22. Because they got tired of having probably 75% of all topics made on a team-run website blasting the team. Of course, now people just blast the team on the facebook page instead (a much more visible place, at that), so I don't really know how this improved their situation.
  23. All I can say is that they better name the London team the Redcoats.
