The ref crew doesn't make the call. nFL officiating head quarters makes the call. Also, it's where the first body part hits on a dive, not specifically where he starts the dive.

Here it is. The guy gets there in like 2 seconds. I don't know if you can really blame Stroud for that one. The play call shouldn't have been a seven-step drop out of shotgun.

This is the kind of dishit play calling that gets teams in trouble.

There is literally no reason to throw the ball one more time this game. If you just run it 3 times in a row on our next 3 possessions the game is over.
