    Hate to break it to you but the legal system is a business. Attorneys, judges, the county itself, even the jails all have skin in the game. Money talks, in addition to that prosecutors don't make a career ($$$) by prosecuting losing cases. It's a sad reality of our legal system Correct

    yeah it could, but prosecutors think about their careers and losing high profile trials will kill a career (or make one), so if it isnt a slam dunk, he probably gets off scott free, other than paying baby momma off
