    Doug's MO is to trade up. He likes losing picks to get better players. I don't know who made this decision but I don't believe it was Whaley.

    Touche. Also in all fairness we are talking about the talentless Browns too. I would have thought he didn't need to be cut though and would have been a valuable piece.
