Cole was essentially the third wideout, not sure I would consider that a starter. I guess that depends the matchup. He was also outspoken on vaccinations and I think for some reason that hurt him. Sanders was a vet that was a bridge to Davis and same with Williams and Bates. I do find it interesting how much the staff loved Star but I think he played his way out of the starting lineup and off the team. Age will do this to players and I bet you will see that next year with a couple of guys.

That's a very interesting point. The media storm around Ariaza went from 0-60 real fast without any proof or even a criminal investigation. I'm not saying he is innocent but if he is I feel real bad for Ariaza.

I'm guessing we cut Haack to give him a chance to catch on with another team. The legal situation was not a concern because it was unsubstantiated. What changed is it became public and details were outlined for a civil case. If the civil case hadn't been filed he would still be our punter. My guess is the girl doesn't remember fully what went on and was trying to piece the night together. I don't think she is looking for a big settlement but sincerely thinks he is guilty and he thinks he's innocent.

There is also a financial benefit to cutting him. Not saying that they will but he isn't necessarily looking sharp either

Keenum didn't show as a better option than Barkley. I just love the fact that he was willing to do whatever including punting during the preseason because it was needed.

He's going to have to grow a lot similar to Allen. The thing allowed Allen to excel is his non stop desire to be better and working on his faults. If Willis can do the same he has a chance otherwise just a talented backup that could maybe be a receiver.

I've been in a few worse places than the bad parts of Baltimore. It's bad but not horrible. Just like any major city.
