I’m with you on OL, but may need to also slip in a fairly high WR pick. Gabe Davis is a UFA in 2024 and it may be real tough to hold onto him. He looks like a $15 mill per year + guy to me.

His arm strength is so amazing that he can throw a 25 yard pass and the DBs still don’t have enough time to react.

He’s had 343 snaps, which is 82.45% and tied for the most among skill positions. His separation is 2.9, which is pretty normal. It looks like Saleh just isn’t going to pass much with Wilson. Flacco, probably a different outcome.

Everyone wants that now, but spending the future for a possible return today is a gamble I am hoping he has the maturity to resist.

Why is Daryl Williams Still a Free Agent? I think it’s because even if he was available, the weakest teams like Carolina, Pittsburg, Houston think he would be total waste of time and money. Same for the CFL.

Compare McKenzie’s 6 game production to Beasley’s 2021 - 6 game production and McK looks like a leaky band aid. He’s been such a marginal player ytd that the downside of sitting him is nil. The upside of Shakir appears to be worth the slight risk. Time to tear off the band aid and give the new guy a shot.

IMO, Beane is much more likely to trade a player for picks than to trade for a player or bring in a Temp like OBJ. Unlike the Rams, I’m hoping Beane’s looking beyond his nose to keep the Bills on top for many years.

I think there’s a certain amount of inertia on grading. As an example, Pff had Saffold at a fairly crappy grade before the season started. Posters here, along with pff, Buscaglia can take the lazy approach and assume more of the same. It may take him 5 solid games in a row to shower off last year (good or bad).

Beasley was breaking down at the end of his time here, but until then he was tough, clutch and rarely made a mistake. Pretty high bar for McK to match, let alone jump over. IMO, makes him more noticeable and not in a good way.

This team is already amazing. Will need new superlatives when Tre is back and in stride.

Actually, no I didn’t. Been flat on my back for the last 6 weeks from an 8 hour operation that didn’t get a high grade. i listen to the game, read the play by play, read all articles and look at the stats. Most recently read a ‘review’ that said Bates/Saffold had a good game especially vs Jones. So I weighed the source (pff) and took a guess. I just said 3 Hail Mary’s.

Josh wasn’t legally sacked in spite of a ton of blitzes and Motor had a solid game, so i have a tough time with 3 OL being below 55.

Our OL needs to lay into them when they stop pushing in order to jump.
