I think he’s a solid dude and feels responsibility to do his best for Allen, and he tries extremely hard to live up to that. It’s not an effort issue, guy is all effort. It’s an inability to perform under pressure, and I think he knows it. Tough spot for him. I’m obviously rooting for him to figure it out, but have little faith he can do so.

I don’t think McPanic is the guy to lead Buffalo back to the SB, but I appreciate how great of a job he’s done building a culture and team that compete. I think most of the Bills accomplishments are due to Allen, but I know McPanic plays a role too. I gave McPanic his flowers this year for another AFCE title and shutting down the Chiefs. But to have a defensive coach who is squandering a unicorn’s prime with his ***** defence and laughable game management is so frustrating. Pegula is never going to get rid of a coach who delivers a home playoff game every year, so we’re left hoping McPanic can learn from his mistakes…despite years of him demonstrating he can’t.
