I see your point. I was rooting against them today and will in two weeks but I don’t hate them, I respect the hell out of them, to be honest. It would definitely be different if the Bills had been even remotely competent over the last 20 years, but sadly they haven’t. About the only positive in the Bills ineptitude has been that I can enjoy watching the greatest player ever without hating him. Here’s to hoping that in my lifetime the Bills figure it out.

AP is still effective because his running style of attacking the hole still works despite losing a step. McCoy is a totally different runner, he is an elusive back and losing a step renders him useless as we all saw this year. McCoy refuses to take punishment like AP and get the tough yards.

I don’t disagree. I just temper my expectations with what I think Pegs will do. With 8 wins and Allen showing more growth, I’d say it’s doubtful McBeane don’t get a 4th year.

A lot of people on here think Allen is a lock to be our franchise QB, it’s still too early to tell one way or the other. IMO 8 wins should be the benchmark to hit next season or McBeane should be evaluated for replacement. Of course, that is contingent on Allen continuing to grow.
