I want to see a dedicated push to address the offense, and the results that should come from that. The O was a total joke last year, despite playing better at the end of the year. It seems like the focus has been on the other side of the ball for the first two years of this regime and it's time to address the most glaring issue, we cannot score enough points. Brandon Beane letter to Season Ticket Holders
Buddy Hix replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It’s the off season, we’re starting strong. And I’ve agreed to take over my buddy’s ST so I’m not leaving this thread. -

You’re the second person to say this, Inhope you’re both being sarcastic but sadly I doubt it. -
Brandon Beane letter to Season Ticket Holders

I agree, just think the perks shouldn’t be mission statements or the like, those should be privy to all fans. -

That’s a nice touch No, made it into the 50k range for 4th year in a row -

Where’d you see that? I remember reading that the 2017 and 2018 figures weren’t released, just noted that both exceeded 50k. -
Brandon Beane letter to Season Ticket Holders

Sure, I understand the extra perks season ticket holders get in order secure their continued support. But despite it being a watered down strategic plan I think it should be released to all fans of the team. -
Brandon Beane letter to Season Ticket Holders
Buddy Hix replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ha, I just meant that the team could release a letter to all fans on their website, no need to rely on the US postal service....is the mail even being delivered with the rotating shutdowns? Not left out, under appreciated. And any fan who has stuck by this team shouldn’t feel under appreciated. -
Brandon Beane letter to Season Ticket Holders
Buddy Hix replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why only address the season ticket holders? Why not send this letter to all fans? I mean the letter is pretty pointless and nondescript but for a franchise as bad as the Bills you’d think they would reach out to their entire fan base. -
Miami officially hires Brian Flores as HC
Buddy Hix replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like this HC signing a lot more than the coked out Gase one. Only 4 more years of Brady dominance until the division is up for grabs again...unless NE retools on the fly. -
I concur with a lot of others, #2 was the top highlight of the year. I still expect Allen’s pass to knocked down or tipped when I see that clip, I can’t believe he got that off.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. Ain't no thang but a chicken wang (not sure if that is correct spelling).

A) Deserve has nothing to do with it... B) Brady can easily win this division next year, probably the year after that too. And after that, even if he’s old and crap, there’s no guarantee that the Bills overcome their two decades of suck. Can you imagine still losing to a washed up Brady. I’ll pass and hope he retires tomorrow.

Interesting yet weird story on stadium bathrooms
Buddy Hix replied to Stevie Ray's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cue the outrage over the ESPN chirp... And if you raised a child that would get shagged in a New Era bathroom, you have failed as a parent. -
Tyrod Taylor has 'nothing but love' for Buffalo
Buddy Hix replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I get the excitement of having a young QB with potential, but stating that Allen is the franchise guy we’ve been hoping for is laughable....it’s still way too soon. -

90s Bills legacy in serious jeopardy next year...
Buddy Hix replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree. And I also think winning a Super Bowl would help a lot of people see those 90’s teams in a better light. -
90s Bills legacy in serious jeopardy next year...
Buddy Hix replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I kind of feel like this isn't a legacy that means anything, other than to the Bills and their fans. I mean the Bills weren't the best team in the league during any of those years, so how much pride can one take in a team that was, at best, the 2nd best team in the NFL for each of those years? IMO any team that wins one super bowl has already eclipsed anything those 90's Bills did. -
When was that again?

It’s the NFL, nepotism is strong, stronger than results.

Re-purposing Shady McCoy in the passing offense
Buddy Hix replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Beane said Shady is coming back, and he doesn’t seem like a guy to go back on his word without cause. So unlike most disagreements, we should have an answer after next season as to Shady’s ability...I’m rooting for him and you. -
Re-purposing Shady McCoy in the passing offense
Buddy Hix replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Shady wasn’t hit immediately at the hand-off in most cases, he refused to hit the hole (however small or fleeting), IMO. http://www.espn.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/123542/inside-slant-running-back-cliff-after-age-27 Here’s an older article I found that presents the data. The RB age cliff has been discussed for years in fantasy football, there are lots of articles on it. I was only aware of an infraction, didn’t know what it was for. Either way, I don’t recommend paying a guy top dollar for his locker room presence. But it seems like Beane has already committed to Shady so we shall see what he has left. -

RBs fall off a cliff production wise at his age. So it’s not “forgetting how to play”, but it’s the same result. Didn’t Shady get benched last season? Doesn’t jive with the “great in the locker room” narrative.
