I look at his rosters over the years and it’s hard to critique him because he did hit on the most important position in football and does have some solid picks in Oliver, Bishop looks good, Benford, Torrence, Groot but man no elite talent at either side of the ball and has had to rely heavily on free agents to bail out his drafting. I still like him but I have to see more from him.

Still no speed at WR, need a DT, DE, Damar Hamlin replacement, Rasul Douglas replacement, about to give Groot a huge paycheck for 8 sacks, I'm really losing faith in Beane not going to lie. How does Allen seriously not have a guy who can take the top off of defenses still? We should have at least 2.

I thing in a different defensive system he would have monster stats but I'm not a fan of this strategy at all. Groot had 8 sacks and 3 of those came in the first game against the Cardinals. I'd keep him but AJ Epenesa needs to be gone.

I picked "Team has gone stale, coach is good, but we need a change". I just feel like McDermott is a great human being but has taken us as far as we're going to go. I want an offensive minded HC who would bring in a n excellent DC because I cannot stand watching this 2 high shell abomination defense any longer.

The Chiefs scored on every drive but 2 I believe, how is that not on McDermott? He is the mastermind of this defense. Also on Beanse and McDermott that in 8 years we have 0 elite talent on defense.

McDermotts defense has been the same in the playoffs for 7 seasons now, they do ok in the rgular season but no pass rush, too undersized along the DL and LB and no depth when injuries occur. Why is Elam even on this team? How do we let Hamlin become a starter alll season? I get we were in rebuild mode but there was literally nobody for the money more athletic than Hamlin? Why did we sign the guy from KC and then never let him play then cut him? It seems like more of the same. 8 years as HC and we do not have 1 elite defensive player, not a single 1. We have alot of decent to really good players but where is our Chris Jones? You've had 8 years and Beane is just as accountable, how do you have 8 years and not a single elite player on the defense?

1 common denominator every year in the playoffs, our DL almost never get to the QB. No designed blitz packages and if we do it's bottled up. Our DL and LB are too small and always seem to get bottled up. 100M for Von Miller? Get that dude out of here regardless if we get no money out of it as I'd rather have Solomon out there and not some old guy who is washed taking precious snaps away. I'm not being hateful and I'm not hammered lol It's like we've been watching the same movie 8 years in a row and it's getting tiring.

I didn't care for the game plan either but at the end of the day it's Allen executing the plays, how did we not know they weren't going to blitz? They always do.

3 minutes left in the game , defense stopped them to a FG, Allen didn't come thorugh.... Am I missing something here?

Also we will never win with McDermott

Sorry man, I agree the defense bloows goats but Allen had 3 minutes to at least get us into FG range.
