  1. We threw for 182 yards on Sunday against the SB runner up, if we keep playing unbelievable defense, not let Taylor throw much, run the ball, manage the clock, we have a chance, Taylor doesn't win games with his arm anyways so were ok, now if we lose Clay then that's a different story.
  2. Next man up whether that be PS, guy coming back from injury, doesn't matter, players get hurt all the time, if it isn't next man up then what the hell is the next man doing on our team at all? A trade makes zero sense at this point considering he'll have to learn the PB and work with the QB and it will take usually a week or 2 to gel at least.
  3. So many of you B word about WGR yet still listen to them, want to make them go away stop friggin listening.
  4. The conservative calls are what you're going to get, Tyrod taylor is not good enough to carry this team on his shoulders. The great thing about him in these situations they have to watch out for Taylor running on them, let's face it if Tyrod Taylor is putting up big passing yards that usually means were behind on the scoreboard.
  5. Now this reminds me of the Bills I know.
  6. Hyde is a !@#$ing animal regardless of the call, talk about an impact FA signing, this dude is already one of the best Bills.
  7. Dion Dawkins is having a rough game.
  8. And you're wrong, the scheme heavily favors Taylor, the more he throws the more he will give chances to the opposing team, he is a good running QB, in most instances if you ask him to win a game with his arm, he will lose ( see the Carolina game), there is only 1 QB that I know, maybe there were more ? Feel free to let me know but Rich Gannon is the only QB I can recall who went from a journeyman/ average QB and turned into a franchise QB pretty much out of nowhere, I'm not sure what happened to him or what clicked but it's very rare. Gannon will never be a HOF QB imo but for a few years in a row he was putting up monster numbers for back then. Maybe Taylor can have the same sort of resurgence but the odds are he's just an average QB.
  9. You can say that about every single HC/GM in the league.
  10. We would still be 1-1, it would make zero difference imo, even add in Watkins and I'll say the same thing.
  11. A big game against the 49ers and all of a sudden a post, isn't this his MO? Big games against lesser competition? Do it at Seattle and not in garbage time.
  12. His clapping doesn't bother me at all but I won't harp on you for seeing it differently, just curious what do you think would be the correct way to handle it? I just recall the Dick Juron years where he had the same blank expression for everything and I'd yell at the screen and tell him to do something, anything... That guy was brutal.
  13. Not a chance, he is the closest thing getting us to a franchise QB in 2018, he needs to stay in.
  14. Tyrod Taylor is who he is, not sure why some magically think he'll change, the OL isn't great but you have to recognize that and throw some swing passes, audible out of that play.
  15. Whatever throwing yards Tyrod had against Carolina, cut that in half, the Broncos are going to eat him alive.
  16. He'll certainly get the touches, this team is a significant upgrade to the Jets of last week despite their record last season. Should be interesting, I'm sure McDermott and Beane would have a coronary if that happened.
  17. Solid take SDS, I'm just wondering, when was the last time you read the Buffalo News and thought "wow this is a meaningful article?", I can't remember the last time for me but then again I stopped receiving the BN years ago.
  18. Buy- Charles Clay, if they can finally find mismatches for him all over the field he could be a huge factor in the win/loss column. Sell- Marcell Dareus, he looked barely noticeable, fat, slow and lazy, seeing that after all his eff ups was very discouraging, I truly think if this guy doesn't get his act together he'll be gone which is a shame. Hold- Tyrod Taylor, He played possibly the worst team in football and only managed 224 yards passing, I get that they didn't need him to do more than that to win but he has yet to show that he can win a game with his arm which he will need to do at some point in the season and quite possibly this game against the Panthers.
  19. What no NFL teams in Oregon? North Dakota? South Dakota?
  20. Luck has been taking a beating and now the Colts will just give away his #1 option? Please put the controllers down and eject the Madden game, it's not happening.
  21. He will probably be even more intense as he faces his old team, can't wait to hear that.
  22. I knew he'd be a good run stuffer since that was always on his resume, now if he can turn into a dual run stuffer/pass rusher that would be ideal.
  23. I'm just wondering why some just don't enjoy the win, why does it have to be a positive or a negative after? We won so I'm happy, were on top of the division and I expect this team to be very competitive against the HC and GM's former team, I'm not expecting a win but it would probably start the talk of being able to hang with the better teams talk, for me at least.
  24. He is who he is, he looked good against a really bad team which he has in the past, he will never be more than an average passer against good competition. Just my opinion though, he did a good job against the Jets though.
  25. The Good- pretty much our best players- Mccoy/Clay/Matthews/Taylor/Hyde all had solid games. The Bad- Where was dareus, Hughes, meatball, Lawson, Brown???? This is McCown not Cam Newton, makes me think were going to get beat up next week but week 1 is always weird so hopefully Humber isn't leading the charge again next week.
