  1. If the Bills are content with Case Keenum at QB, then there is no hope for this franchise.
  2. This is the deepest QB draft in years, no reason we can't get our guy. We have plenty of ammo and no more excuses. Time to find our QB in 2018 imo.
  3. Amen brother, I agree with all of this accept that Bradford will be cheap, hasn't been cheap anywhere he's played plus there is a dozen or so teams vying for a QB of his caliber, we would be lucky to get him.
  4. I'd assume if this happens the DC replacement is already in house. Next man up just like the player's.
  5. I'm not sure if WR is going to be a priority in the draft as much as people think, we invested a 3rd for Kelvin benjamin, spent a 2nd round pick on Zay Jones who's developing still, so were going to spend another 2nd round pick on a slot WR? This could happen but the more logical idea would sign a possibly cheaper FA like John Brown, Bruce Ellington or Taylor Gabriel imo. Brown might come in more expensive but he's been riddled with injures.
  6. I would like to slam every one of them through a fiery table, or squirt ketchup and mustard on them then slam them through a fiery table.
  7. I'm sorry man I hate to call out someone on an opinion that differs from mine but this is just bad all around. It doesn't matter where you pick it matters who you pick, if any team already knew who the dominant players they'd all go before we even had a shot. The key is to find the correct players for your schemes and hopefully they turn out to be great in the end. You state " you don't see a QB trading the farm for", what credentials do you have to evaluate the QB position? Professionals who do this for a living have a hard time evaluating and you just know? Can I ask how you came to this conclusion? Which games you watched that made you right this thread?
  8. I never once said he should run for the sake of running out of habit, his running ability gives him another element and he is a dynamic runner like Michael Vick, he may even be as fast as Vick at the combine who I believe ran a 4.35 40 time but that would be crazy. I don't want my QB running when guys are wide open but when things breakdown he can be a legit threat to take it to the house on any play, that's all I meant.
  9. When teams say they need to make him a QB, you know that's never a good sign.
  10. I actually heard this rumor from a 49ers fan/coworker of mine, I thought he was talking out off his ass like usual but he mentioned this 3 team deal also.
  11. With all the stats you threw out on Cousisns, he only made the playoffs 1 season and was knocked out early, Also the Redksins have one of the best OL in football, for the past couple of years now actually. https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/pro-ranking-all-32-nfl-offensive-lines-this-season I agree his stats say he is a top flight QB, his comp % is excellent, I personally think he'd be an upgrade there but that OL is a major downgrade from Washington to Minny.
  12. You can say this for every single Qb drafted, there is only 1 way to find out, he will have his ups and downs, if he has a Peyton manning-like work ethic, staying late and dialing up plays/scenarios then he has a good chance of making it.
  13. I don't think that's true at all. if anything his running ability will get him out of alot of trouble. I don't think people understand just how fast Jackson is, he's about to flash it at the combine. His legs will get him out of many jams which can make him a starter right away, I'd always like for a rookie to sit back, learn the position, let things slow down but like anything in life, the only way to see is by trial and error.
  14. Any good franchise already has a game plan in place and a fall back plan in case said plan doesn't work out. We'll see which type we have soon enough.
  15. There is no greater need than QB, all those other pieces will fall into place after that. I like Matt Milano at LB, I think he could have a bright future, the secondary looks good, our WR core is far fetched since both Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones are a pretty good start but we'll just need that WR now who can take the top off a defense with his speed, runningback depth can be found everywhere, pass rush and OL need to be priority 1-2 after the QB is addressed imo.
  16. I didn't watch, for 1st time in forever, I DVR it.
  17. I think Brady is the best QB to ever play the game, I'm not sure if Joe Montana could play in this era but I know Brady would be able to play in any era. He's been to 6 SB, countless playoffs, league MVP 3 times, 4 SB MVP, the guy is like no QB I've ever witnessed and I've seen Joe Montana play in his prime. That said I hope he retires because I want to watch a friggin SB again, 1st time ever I didn't watch because I'm getting sick of watching the same **** over and over again.
  18. This seems like one of those situations that a player is playing out of his mind, where was he the 2nd season in Philly after the big year? Where was this Nick Foles for the Chiefs, Where was this Foles at the start of the Eagles season? He played great in the playoffs and SB but I think it's a mirage imo.
  19. Some drunk probably thought that car was Santa Claus, instead of throwing a battery at it , it was really a molotov cocktail... No?
  20. Then you know what I'm talking about. Now run for your life good sir.
  21. No that's just another day in Philly, trust me I've been there.
  22. I should not watch the SB more often, they finally lost. I have it on DVR!!!
  23. I'll be the 1st to admit I have no clue how to evaluate the QB position, it's an enigma and it looks like the scouts have the same problem. My eyeballs tell me this guy is good, this guy is bad but when they get to the NFL it changes, now I think that has to do alot with coaching, either these kids aren't being taught proper mechanics or the game is too fast for them. I remember when Blaine Gabbert came out, he was the prototypical QB they said, had me saying it to, when we passed on him I was completely disgusted with this franchise. I was also pissed when we passed on Teddy Bridgewater, Derek Carr, Brady Quinn, Matt Leinart, Jay Cutler. Then there were those QB's who i thought were either a gimmick QB or just werent good enough to make it in the NFL... Johnny Manziel, Cam Newton, Russell Wilson, Josh Freeman, Jimmy Clausen, Tim Tebow. So as you can see I'm no expert, I'll trust that the scouts the Bills hired knows way more than I do (which they do), I love Lamar Jackson this year and believe me I'm not usually a fan of running QB's but this guy will make an impact for the better (in my opinion) on someones roster. I feel like mason Rudolph is this years EJ Manuel, he has the tools but isn't a 1st round QB, I think that other than jackson... Josh Allen and Josh Rosen to me are the QB's to get, these are the 3 elite QB's in this years draft. Allen is being compared on these boards by some fans to Baline Gabbert, those comparisons are polar opposites right off the bat and I know this because after thinking he was the prototypical QB, he also didn't have nearly the arm strength that Allen does. Allen has the body, arm and can make the NFL throws, just watch the senior bowl it's in plain sight, now the thing with Allen is his accuracy, that can be fixed with coaching but he'll have to go to the right team, Celeveland is not the right fit, Pat Shurmur and the Giants could do wonders for this guy but he'll need the right situation for him to be successful. Now Josh Rosen to me is the guy to get, he makes the throws, he has the arm, he has the accuracy but his attitude is ****, he has Jay Cutler type of attitude and I'd hope that changes or thats who he'll become, other than that I think a great coaching staff will do wonders for him, just my opinions.
