Great post, it was much better than the one where you were whining about not taking a 5th round WR , I'm not really interested in the Mayfield/Rosen/Jackson rivalries as much as I am the Darnold Allen rivaly that's about to be on sooner than later. The best thin g that could happen to our division is that Brady retires soon and both Allen/Darnold become legit franchise QB's and they rival each other for the next decade so we can finally have a freakin meaningful rivalry in this division.

I don't care about the criticism but I'm just not understanding why Sam Darnold who throws with a weird motion, who turned the ball over 20+ times is a winner, is said that his mechanics can be changed but Josh Allens may not? hy can't his mechanics get better but Darnold's can? He doesn't process the info faster from what I see watching the games.

F that, tell that to Brett Favre, the guy did it his way, a true gunslinger and now a HOF player. I believe all the great QB's believe they want to be the best to ever play and the game is never too big for them. Favre starting out had a rough 2 starting years in Green Bay, then the light bulb clicked for him, the same could easily happen to Allen and to see these videos of him time after time being told he was too short, not getting any college offers, all those no's and he could have easily given up, finally a shot with Wyoming and the rest is history. There is no reason to believe that he can't be one of the best QB's in the league, he has the arm, he has the athleticism, get the mechanics down and the sky's the limit imo.

Opinions on why we passed on Rosen?
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Beane said Rosen was definitely in consideration, they liked the upside of Allen, those 2 concussions had to be a factor and to be honest you can't teach arm strength, they probably felt like the mechanics can be worked on but that arm is elite already, just my opinions. -

Day 3 of draft rounds 4-7 let’s talk

Stack up that D, Neal is solid in the run game, he played CB and Jacksonville State but is seen as a S in the NFL, we lost both Poyer/Hyde to injuries last season, getting some depth back there is not a bad thing. -

Well Jones then -

Yeah Jones, Crosby would be solid picks. -
I wouldn't be opposed to that at all considering Mike White and Luke Falk to me seem like a better prospect than Nate Peterman (not just because of the INT) just my evaluation says they both would be better developmental prospects but with many other needs and 3 QB's already on the roster it might be a stretch.

How about John Kelly Tennessee? -
Glad to see him drafted, I hope he can play football since he's a heck of a player.

WGR Hosts Scared Of On-Air Confrontation
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
To me if you believe there is a franchise QB you do what you have to and move up to get him, the Bills moved up and got to keep the extra 1st rounder to do so, wether they overspent or not if Allen turns out to be the guy for the next decade+ then he'll look like a bargain for 2 second rounders imo. -
Is it possible we may be looking at Dez?
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to Buffalo03's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm guessing they don't think WR is a huge need... Kelvin Benjamin is a solid #1 WR despite what fans think and Zay Jones is only in his 2nd year, played like a rookie and should show much better improvement if he's on his way to becoming a standout WR in year 2, just my opinions. -
Josh Allen = Drew Bledsoe
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to Ittakestime's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A mobile Drew Bledsoe in his prime? I'll be good with that all day long. -

I'm not certain why RB Kalen Ballage has fallen this far but he'd be a complete steal at this point. A more polished Karlos Williams type of bruising back. -
RD3, Pick 96: Harrison Phillips DT - Stanford
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This defense is really starting to look like a strength once again DE Hughes DT Louteleilei DT Williams DE Trent Murphy with DT harrison Phillips, DE Shaq lawson and DL Adolphus Washington in rotation. OLB Lorenzo Alexander, ILB Tremaine Edmunds OLB Matt Milano with CB TreDavius White/CB Vontae Davis/S Micah Hyde/S Jordan Poyer, man if our offense can get any sort of boost from QB play we'll be golden at least in the future. -

Nice, ponchoBilla representing, that was awesome!!! Great pick also, minny meatball. -
I'm not a fan of Rudolph at all, so going to the Steelers stings me but I trust that he'll soak in everything Big ben does and hope for the best.

What would you like to do with #96?
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think we'll take RB Kallen Ballage Arizona State, the guy could be a steal here imo. -
2018 Draft: 1st round discussion
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So in 3 games that you watched on YouTube, you've decided that we got EJ Manuel 2.0? Good stuff man. -
I didn't have a preference at QB so it didn't hit me as hard like it has many, I've been following all these guys for a few years now and the ceiling of Allen is very high, I think he's going to be a great QB under this regime. Getting Edmunds at 16 is highway robbery and will be our Luke Keuchly, he has plenty of time to hone his craft at 19. I'd like to see them get another pass rusher in the 3rd round to go along with Murphy/Hughes/meatball in rotation, we can only hope a guy like Maurice Hurst/Sam Hubbard fall to us in the 3rd, doubtful but you never know.

Some Info to Worry Less About Josh Allen's Inaccuracy
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Brett Favre, Matthew Stafford, the whole completion % is just a metric, because he didn't throw 500 bubble screens to his halfback doesn't make him inaccurate. It's funny that most would have been thrilled with Darnold who had over 20+ turnovers. -
Poll: Josh Allen Approval Rating
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Again I'm not sure what you mean when you say he doesn't know how to use the tools he has? He took a terrible Wyoming team and turned them into a winning program, last year he literally took a terrible offense and put them on his back/arm and won games. He has issues with accuracy but with help he can correct things, Brett favre, Matthew Stafford and even our own ex QB Tyrod taylor all had QB rating in the mid to low 50's (Stafford finally got to 60% his senior year). I'm not trying to get into a pissing contest I'm just not understanding other than his comp % why people have such a problem with him. -
2018 Draft: 1st round discussion
BuffaloBillsGospel replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What does blitzing have to do with throwing into tight windows with players draped all over the WR? Those 2 TD passes looked like the same throws Brady and Manning, I said those 2 throws, I'm not anointing him the next Brady or Manning but they were solid NFL type throws. What particular games or plays are you referring to that he can't read a defense to save his life? Just curious if you're just bashing him because you had a man crush on another QB or just going but what someone in the media says about him.
