  1. You never take a position just to take it even though the talent doesn't meet the pick. There are some interesting WR in this draft class of all shapes and sizes, most of them aren't said to be top of the 1st round prospects so we can either trade down and collect more picks, trade the 1st round pick for a younger already established WR who's on a team that probably won't be able to resign him due to cap restraints or sign one in FA. My suggestion would be to try and sign both Tyrell Williams/Donte Moncrief (either or) and John Brown in FA. We would have a top flight slot WR in Brown, a solid #2 WR in Jones and our #1 guy could be either Moncrief or Williams until we get a draft class with some really good WR because this is probably not the one. Load up on OL, get a TE and another RB in the draft and we should be golden, just my opinions.
  2. Getting a 5th rounder for a guy who wasn't good enough in pre season to beat out Peterman when we were most likely going to cut him anyways? I'd say that was a heck of a deal imo.
  3. One up? I'm not a child I don't need to "one up" someone on Bills message board, I like facts and you clearly got your facts mixed up so I corrected you.
  4. To me there isn't any reason to lose from here on out, hopefully we have our QB and we have people to make the right draft selections no matter where we pick.
  5. If Allen is healthy there is no point in sitting him on the bench, there are no better reps than live action.
  6. 2 players were drafted in 2017... All you had to do was Google it but hey just make up a number and spew it as facts. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/2017/04/30/2-wyoming-players-drafted-in-nfl-draft/101133832/
  7. He's been playing football since pee wee leagues up until being drafted in the NFL, either you have it or you don't, those out passes that took an eternity to get to the opposite teams CB are what did him in plus he has no zip on the ball and can't read defenses.
  8. I've stated this in numerous threads before, was the QB position botched or could we just not get a veteran QB in here? I've read a bunch of articles stating the Bills reached out to Mccown, Keenum and Bradford, not sure maybe others. s it botched if you tried to sign guys but opted for other teams? The choices they had were the same guys we have now after that... Anderson/Barkley etc.
  9. I remember guys like Mayock, Kiper Jr. and Jeremiah stating he had the strongest arm they've seen in football.
  10. I was never a Dez Bryant fan but it looked as though he found the perfect scenario for him after a long wait. This will most likely be the end of his career as those types of injuries have been killers to most players, hopefully he can overcome it though and i wish him the best.
  11. You're right, he only took a mediocre roster , put them on his back and made them relevant for the first time in a long while, got them to 2 bowl games and won 1 out of the 2, the program is now back to 4-6 without Allen in there.
  12. The flaming tables will keep you warm my friend. Yeah it would be nice to see a competitive game from them. If Allen is in I'd say it will be as I don't recall us getting a blowout loss with Allen at QB unless I'm mistaken?
  13. I'm not trying to be a debbie downer here but if you have to find excuses to go to a football game where we have one of the most entertaining tailgating scenes on the planet, just going for the atmosphere, to see Josh Allen progress or because you're just a fan than maybe you aren't into this team or football in general as much as you used to be .
  14. If Allen is healthy he should be in the game and every game from here on out. Talented or not he gives us the best chance of winning which we should be teaching these guys to do, if Beane is a good talent evaluator which from his short tenure here it looks like he is (Edmunds, Allen, Harrison, Johnson) then he can find talent throughout the draft.
  15. In my opinion it doesn't matter if you're a defensive minded HC or not, that's what the OC is for, there have been plenty of successful DC... Coughlin, Belichick, Fox, Billick, the list goes on but you need to find the right OC, do we have that in Daboll? I'm going to say no, I see nothing innovative about his offenses even with what he has top work with at least try new things.
  16. So far i haven't read 1 positive response from you since being on this site, not 1, are you just trolling or can you not handle sports? I'm trying to figure this out.
  17. I'm sure Josh Allen coming back healthy would get most to watch... The Bills have to start doing something creative on offense to get into the end zone and it doesn't look like Daboll has any tricks up his sleeve, I mean we were down 31-3 and he finally did a reverse? It went for negative yards, I want to see wildcat, or philly special, statue of freaking liberty, flea flicker I don't care what it is you find a way to score. If benjamin is part of the problem (Which he clearly is) then you give more playing time to Pryor or the young guy you just signed, make Zay Jones the #1 WR, time to start thinking outside the box and if Daboll isn't an outside the box thinker then lets get someone who is.
  18. He's an advisor because of health reason, unless he's back to good health I doubt he coaches ever again.
  19. If you watch him in Carolina games he was the exact opposite of how he's playing now, he rounds out his routes well, he used his size to his advantage and was Cam's go to WR. My opinion is that he's pulling a Leveon Bell while playing out his final year, he'll blame his performance on a poor supporting cast but it looks to me like a guy who knows he's on a terrible offensive team and doesn't want to get injured before his 2nd payday, maybe he is just soft and unmotivated but that wasn't the case in Carolina at least not what I saw in him.
  20. No mention of the come from behind victory against the Titans, who were 3-1 when we faced them? He is having rookie struggles like most of these guys, most of the time it looks like he belongs out there when I watch him. He also struggled against the Texans but we were right in that game, I truly believe if Allen didn't get hurt we would have won that game but obviously there is no way to tell that and I thought he played an excellent game against the Vikings imo.
  21. Peterman can't throw an out pattern let alone a 30 yard bomb down the field, Barkley has a noodle arm also, Anderson actually has a decent arm if he can get the rust out and Allen is injured so he can't throw down field. Plus everytime Allen drops back it seemed like he had about 2 seconds to throw it before he's sandwiched between 4 guys.
  22. Hey luck plays a big part, we also played the Jags tough in a close wildcard game.
