  1. 10 sacks in 3seasons with almost a full season injured is good enough? Man fans really do embrace the suck here. We were ranked 19th against the run, isn't he and Louteleilei supposed to be these superb run stuffers?
  2. There should be some decent WR prospects in round 2, why waste assets on mediocre players?
  3. I won't embrace mediocrity with this team any longer, He is a below average pass rusher that can be upgraded, 10 sacks in 3 seasons is nowhere near good enough imo.
  4. The knock on Jonah Williams is that he's a better RT, read more about him, he started his career at RT where he dominated, has been a good solid LT but nowhere near the level he played at RT, seems to be the same predicament as we have with Dawkins who I think can grow into the position much like Williams could.
  5. For me my initial thought is that we have to by all means necessary get another pass rusher, we now lose another guy in Meatball that can get to the QB and Jerry Hughes (sorry i keep beating this dead horse) hasn't had double digit sacks since Mario Williams was a Bill, His 7 sacks is not good enough, he needs help either in the form of a disruptive interior DL, a pass rushing defensive end or an ILB like White or Bush that will allow Edmunds to tee off on QB's on the outside. It's important that we address this issue and it just so happens the top 10 picks should be filled with whatever direction we need to go in order to create said pass rush. The OL has to be upgraded, we all know this.... I forsee at least 2 veteran OL in FA whether that is in the form of C/T, C/G, T/G, T/T it doesn't really matter and although the OL improved down the stretch giving Josh Allen time to find targets is first and foremost. Getting Josh Allen targets, I know some will probably say we need at least 2 WR, a TE, 2 RB, I don't think it's as extreme as that. A solid veteran presence would be ideal, I don't think we have a legit shot at Golden Tate or Tyrell Williams ( I think both are going to want to play with upper echelon established QB's but I may be wrong) but John Brown or one of my favorite free agent WR Donte Moncrief would be a solid choice imo. I really like TE Jason Croom, I think he can be a legit threat down the stretch but that being said I would still like for them to add another TE preferably through the draft, Croom has been a nice security blanket for Allen at times and the emergence of undrafted rookie FA Robert Foster is awesome to see and just goes to show how good Allen really can be turning a once cut undrafted rookie FA and turning him into a threat to score on any play. I'd also like a young RB behind McCoy but with better blocking we add another threat with both his legs and hands in McCoy. Another Corner aside from Tre White and Johnson is a must also. This team has some work to do no doubt but they have a good amount of resources to turn this around really quickly.
  6. I like most of the moves this team has made, I don't think we'll make any big splashy moves in FA unless it's along the OL or a trade for a WR, Beane has come out and said he doesn't like to spend crazily in FA which makes sense since that's how we got in trouble in the 1st place. From here on out it should be draft players who fit this scheme, develop those players and resign them, occasionally picking up free agents who fit what were trying to do, at least that my take of what I heard at Beane's press conference when he was hired on.
  7. He was most likely going to be a top flight QB in the league regardless you may be correct but there is no way to tell that. I look at Alex Smith and he was a bust early on in his career until Jim Harbaugh took over and then Andy Reid. I think both coaching and QB go hand in hand imo.
  8. You can never have too many of these team players, he is a leader in the locker room, a special teams standout and makes plenty of plays on defense, I see no reason why the Bills and Lorax wouldn't come to another 1-2 year agreement unless he's asking for an outrageous pay increase which i don't forsee at 35 years of age.
  9. I can see Frazier getting another shot, we had the #2 total defense in the league this year but it would be a very hard sell to a fanbase and media the 30th ranked offense in the league's OC Brian Daboll as your new HC, I just don't see it happening at least not this year imo.
  10. Coaching definitely can make or break a QB imo, since it's been public that Brett Favre never wanted to help Rodgers throughout his years together there, I'd say McCarthy did a real good job putting Rodgers in a position to be successful again in my opinion. Some may not like McCarthy but he did great things in New Orleans and with the Packers, I'll bet at least beers that Baker Mayfield will be even better under his tenure.
  11. As of now these are my top 9 players in this years draft I took the top 9 from many different big boards created, this will change drastically leading up to the draft but as of now this is a top heavy defensive draft class and I don't see it changing much at all as far as being defensive at the top, players themselves will rise and fall, these are just my own opinions. 1. DE Joey Bosa- Ohio State 2. DL Quinnen Williams- Alabama 3. CB Greedy Williams- LSU 4. LB Devin White- LSU 5. DL Ed Oliver- Houston 6. LB Josh Allen- Kentucky 7. DL Rashan Gary- Michigan 8. DL Derrick Brown- Auburn 9. DL Clelin Ferrell- Clemson
  12. Great move for Josh Allen, he has a solid backup in Matt Barkley and now basically a QB Coach along with Cullen to help him even further along, great job by the Bills to secure these guys for Allen.
  13. I voted no, If I'm trading a top 9 2nd round pick, I'd much rather draft a young WR or trade for a younger WR, AJ green is a fine player and still has serious skills but is also on the decline imo.
  14. So you've played 3 team sports and played until adult age yet you still question why our HC isn't piling on more points in a blowout win?
  15. I actually like the hire, I don't think he'd back down from Gruden when push comes to shove and he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to prospects, he'll now have a whole team of hand picked Scouts to help him evaluate even more, yes there is more to the GM position than just the Draft but he can grow into that roll, hire a financial type guy like we did when Whaley was GM here. I don't think it was on Gruden that they lost both Mack and Cooper, why would any coach want to lose 2 of it's best players? That seemed like a major cap blunder under Reggie McKenzie that had to be addressed or they'd lose both for nothing, just my opinion.
  16. I fully expect this coaching staff/GM to surround our QB with veteran OL not another rookie along the OL, we already have a young Dawkins/Teller and i don't like the idea of another young buck trying to learn his way while getting our franchise QB dead. Give me Darry Williams from Carolina to handle the RT, give me Rodger Saffold from the Rams to handle the LG position, move Teller to RG, keep Bodine at C while drafting one in the 3rd or 4th round and your OL is in much better shape. What we really need is much needed pass rush, relying on old man Alexander and Hughes who hasn't had a double digit sack season since Super Mario was here isn't getting it done, at 9 were in prime position to land the defensive Josh Allen from Kentucky, he has Khalil Mack type of ability, he would be the edge rusher were sorely missing since Mario imo.
  17. In any competitive sport it's called sportsmanship, have you never played a team competitive sport where your coach doesn't want to embarrass the other team any more than they need to?
  18. Jackson has Vick-like speed, he is a different animal than Tyrod imo
  19. I thought this was one of the best QB draft classes in quite some time for the QB position and i still believe it, I think every one of these QB's has potential to be a special player but who these teams surround these young QB's with from here on out will be a huge deciding factor going forward. Baker Mayfield to me had the best situation, the OL did lose a huge OT in Joe Thomas but it was still adequate and they had the best WR group of the bunch imo. Sam Darnold was plagued by the same things that he did wrong in college and that was the turnovers, if he can erase those turnovers he and Josh Allen will be like watching Marino and Kelly all over again. Josh Allen to me had the least to work with and really impressed me, I didn't even know he was this good of a runner in college, he never really showed this side on tape, to me he has Brett favre's gun slinger mentality, Big Bens pocket presence escapability and Steve Youngs gift of running for first downs, he is going to be a hell of alot of fun to watch. Rosen was victimized this season and if Arizona doesn't get Rosen an OL and weapons he is going to go down in a ball of fire but you cant really blame the guy and nobody can question his toughness, he took a pounding this year and was still respectable but I don't think Arizona is good at drafting or able to real in the necessary players along the OL imo. I loved Lamar Jackson in college and I told people he is going to translate to the NFL, people said Mike Vick, Randall Cunningham, Cam Newton won't translate to the NFL and they were dead wrong, this guy is a baller but the smart thing he's done most of the year was not take massive shots on all of these QB runs, I'm not saying none of his runs resulted in little hits, I'm sure defenses were teeing off on him but when i watched him from game to game he was going down sliding not taking shot after shot on every play. That being said in 2018: 1. Mayfield 2. Josh Allen 3. Sam Darnold 4. Lamar Jackson 5. Josh Rosen Beyond: 1. Mayfield 2. Allen 3. Jackson 4. Darnold 5. Rosen
  20. That would be quite a step up from the coaches they've previously had. Mccarthy worked wonders with a young Aaron Rodgers so Mayfield will be in very good hands I just hope they don't turn that defense into a 3-4 like McCarthy did in GB, that would be a waste of Myles garrets talent imo.
  21. If my Steelers don't make it in then I'm rooting for the Chargers to win it all, Rivers getting a ring would be pretty awesome.
  22. The Bills rank 2nd in total defense, #1 against the pass and #19 against the run.
