That's a fine plan but what you're failing to realize is rookies mostly take time to develop especially at the TE position. I can't remember the last time a TE came in year 1 and tore it up, I'm sure there has been but it seems like a rare occasion. I'm pretty sure that's why we went after AB, we already have a young core at WR/TE in Foster/Jones/Croom now were asking 2nd and 3rd year guys to help the rookies? We will get a veteran WR at some point, not sure if it will be by trade or FA but I'm pretty sure they want a guy who's been there, done that imo. If we stay at #9 I'd say it's highly unlikely TE is the pick there since I don't believe any TE is a top 10 pick, that's going off some top lists of big boards from CBS to ESPN to others I consider.

He is a rotational pass rusher, if you're counting on him to be your starter he'll be a disappointment like in Jacksonville. He's a best fit as a rotational pass rusher, I'd be all for this pickup as long as the Bills still bolstered the pass rush at the draft or still in FA imo.

Montez Sweat really caught my eye at the combine, I never knew he was that athletic but then you see how he plays and he's definitely eye popping watching him in games, he's like a cheetah out there stalking and then pouncing on his prey, he'd be a heck of an addition to that DL imo. I'm assuming Buffalo adds at least one but more possibly 2 offensive lineman in FA.

AB has not come out and said this nor is it confirmed, you are just spewing out non facts.

Per sources, I call BS on that unless brown himself comes out and says that. Watch the interview on NFL.com, Brown doesn't get to pick and choose where he wants to go, sure he could say screw Buffalo but it never got that far at least that's what she said (ha that's what she said). I'm not sure but Brown himself said it doesn't matter who you are, if you have the cash, remember that gem on his twitter feed? Who the hell knows at this point what is real and what isn't.

I just saw an interview on NFL.com with adidi khibwala, she stated that the talks never even got to money with Antonio Brown, the Bills were clearly interested but the compensation was too high, so I'm assuming they wanted Buffalo's 1st round pick outright for Brown (just a guess). She stated that talks never got to Antonio brown or his agent on whether or not he'd want to come to Buffalo so this was nixed by Beane thinking the price was too high. She also said Brown doesn't have that much leverage and that the Steelers aren't asking brown who he wants to be traded too in case people are still thinking Antonio brown said screw Buffalo that appears not to be the case.

He's pretty much the same player as Zay Jones, I don't see him as an upgrade imo but that's just me.

Not sure where you heard that would be the compensation for Clark, I'm sure it will be a draft pick and then yes signing the man.

One thing about AB since watching him from the beginning, the guy is a gamer, when playing he doesn't know what minimum effort is, when he is on that field he wants everyone to know he's the best player out there. He would have elevated Josh Allens play for sure but the drama could have gotten ugly if he wasn't getting the ball enough which I'm sure that's what you meant. It's a bummer I would have loved to see Brown finish his career here but oh well it's good to see Buffalo has standards that they're going to stick by also.

Clark is a ***** animal, if they get him we shore up that pass rush and hopefully get a rotational pass rusher at 9 like Ferrell or Sweat.

It caught me by surprise because up until now I believed what Beane has been telling the media and fans " you don't have to have a #1 WR in todays NFL", if he thought that were true there would have been no need to go out and get AB here. So WR at 9 could be a real possibility if the Bills aren't able to land one in FA or through trade even though I don't think any of these WR are a #1 guy and the ones I feel strong about are 2nd rounders or possibly late 1sts. I don't think much changes in FA, I think we'll swing for the fences on OL help whether that be Darryl Williams, Rodger Saffold, Matt Paradis, Quinton Spain or Mitch Morse I fully expect them to nab 1 or more offensive lineman imo.

And John Brown turned us down to go to Baltimore already.

That's too bad I was really looking forward to AB as a Buffalo Bill but in the end it could of been more harm than good for Josh Allen. At least we know Buffalo indeed believes in a #1 WR so that draft and FA just got that much more interesting for me at least.

Nobody can say that this regime doesn't want to win, landing the best WR in all of football, unless we traded Josh Allen I won't hate this trade, I'm assuming Jordan Poyer is going to be in this deal?

He is a much better run blocker than a pass blocker, he struggled in that department as one would expect since he was always a better run blocker, we'll see if Buffalo thought enough of him to develop him or if they'll replace him in the draft or FA, if nothing else he's a serviceable backup that much we know.

I think many fans are going to be upset that we don't go crazy with the money but I think it's a good thing, Make smart underrated pickups with a possible splash along the OL but the draft is where we need to do our damage, I don't want this team cap strapped.

Anthony Barr is going to get a huge payday.

Solid player but there is no way he's the 9th best player in this draft class imo.

He was a top 5 blocking TE in football last season, Mercedes Lewis was the top dog, this makes a lot of sense, like adding another OL out there.

The only RB worth getting was Kareem Hunt, we didn't even need to give up assets to sign him. There are a million Duke Johnson type backs, we can do way better than Duke Johnson imo.
