I actually thought Bodine played pretty well in Eric Woods absence before the injury. It was good to get the draft pick from them but I'm never a fan of giving the Pats anyone serviceable and Bodine is a decent player when healthy imo.

I really like these trades that Beane makes for guys we would probably just cut, a 5th and 6th rounder for Teller and a 2021 7th is pretty darn good imo for an average G.

Seems a bit dramatic to say he got a concussion from that hit, I played football all the way up until College and my son plays since he was little, these coaches really teach them how to hit safely and I saw nothing wrong with that hit, both kids are fine.

You have a point Buffalo Stampede but so does the rest arguing the fact. The knock on him is that he doesn't have the size or strengths to play DT in the NFL and you saw him get taken out in a few plays against Detroit. Also this is going to happen, no player wins on every snap, it's just not going to happen and he's undersized so he has to work even harder imo. I think he'll be fine, he doesn't look out of place at all to me at least and he actually gave all pro Quentin nelson all he could handle in that game, preseason or not that was very good to see.

Mario Williams didn't do much for us? 2012- 10.5 sacks, 4 passes defensed, 2 FF 2013- 13 sacks, 3 passes defensed, 1 FF 2014- 14.5 sacks, 2 passes defensed, 2 FF 2015- 5 sacks, he finally broke down here 43 sacks in 4 seasons, 9 passes defensed, 5 FF isn't doing much?

I mean if you want to compare Emmitt Smith to a guy who couldn't beat out Isiah Crowell just because I said he was 5'9" so be it. Smith was a workhorse at Florida, Johnson was a time share back at Miami the entire 3 years he was there.

I highly doubt Johnson will be the FT starter, I totally see a committee here, dude is only 5'9" 210 lbs. and has only been a 3rd down back his entire career so far, I don't think he can take that kind of punishment, maybe they pick Foreman back up? Just my opinion though.

Where did you read this? I'm just curious since I've seen nothing about what the compensation would be for him but can't imagine that after what they saw what Khalil Mack got as compensation that someone wouldn't offer Clowney something similar.

I think they'll go with Jacoby Brissett as the starter, Chad Kelly backing him up. Brissett definitely gives them the best chance to win imo.

Come on man, Brett Favre did the same stupid ***** his entire career. What did it get him? A Superbowl ring and a gold jacket from Canton. I want my QB to have the balls to throw stupid passes but make up for it by throwing TDs also. It's the gun slinger mentality, hell Rodgers does it too along with countless others.

Jerry Hughes imo, if he goes down we virtually have no outside pass rush. if we have to rely on Shaq Lawson and his 2 sacks and Murphy with his 4 sacks were in deep *****. I expect a high pass rusher in the draft and pick one up in FA.

I would say realistically they would try to bring in a pass rusher.

I think he makes the practice squad, he has the tools to succeed. He played in one of the weakest confrences in college football so of course he is probably shell shocked right now but he has the size, the arm strength, now he needs the game to slow down for him. I don't see why we wouldn't let him develop a year or 2 on the PS.

I was really liking the Allen/Sweeney connection, every good QB it seems utilizes the TE position since it's their usual security blanket. If we found our top flight TE in round 7 to go along with Cole Beasley then I think we will be very well off. Sweeney reminds me of Jason Witten (I'm not saying he's anything near Witten yet) in the fact that Witten was never the fastest guy ever on the field but he had a knack for getting open all the time, I see that in Sweeney.

Nothing is more important than Allen's progression imo, so seeing him not just go for the deep ball but check down to an open WR and make the accurate pass.

I mean I know it's easy to hate on AB right now but nobody knows the scenario accept for AB and the company who's allegedly suing him. Being a Steeler as well as a Bills fan there was never an issue with AB up until the last few seasons with the contract which was normal and then the feud with Big Ben. I think Bills fans hate him because he snubbed the Bills rather than who he is as a person because if he did this as a Bills player half of the fans would be saying "Oh the trainer is a pos liar" or something along those lines imo, it's how we roll.

You guys really think Tre White (54 TACKLES, 2 INT) and Micah Hyde (58 TACKLES, 2 INT) got snubbed? Both had down years and we missed the playoffs again, I think some of you are wearing the red/white and blue colored glasses. They're hopefully going to bounce back and take us to the playoffs and beyond this season but last year they definitely regressed from the previous year imo.

Guys are being moved in and out of different positions to find their homes on the OL, I wouldn't read too much into it yet. Our starters will be set by preseason game 1 or they should be at least, then they'll need some time to gel, Until then there will be some times where Allen will have to improvise imo.

I'd rather just continue to draft well, Beane seems like he has an eye for talent when it comes to drafting (or the right scouts helping him) so instead of giving up the farm and having to pay out the ass for this guy and I agree is a stud DL but I'd rather continue drafting and developing. That's how you build a championship team imo.

I hate the move since it's not a Williams, we need to restock the Williams'.
