You're quite welcome to do so. I'm going to let them put together a collegiate career first before we annoint them.
Honestly can't wait for folks that hate Kizer for his completion % making a stand for Josh Allen
I think a Wyoming QB getting all that hype after one year, proves Allen is a stud. No matter what his completion % is.
-
Are we still taking a year-out stand for two sub 60-percent passers and a kid that's played a handful of games?
Yep. Write it down. Most agree
-
Yeah, if both people are sober.
Doesn't resolve the "right mind" issue.
Most interactions are when people are a little tipsy. Wouldn't matter. Unless the girl is falling asleep or slurring words.
-
Why don't these guys just take a video on their phone of the girl with her saying she is consenting to sex. Would eliminate any false claims.

All the scouting and visits they have had suggest they do. Hopefully they don't let suppose value get in the way.maybe they dont like them?
Those are facts. Harbaugh, Payton, Mike Smith, Pagano...just off the top of head.trololololol

That response tells me all I need to know about you. Have a nice day.
Gase and McAdoo just last year took their team to playoffs in 1st year...a ton just in the past ten years have too. Coaching changes is not the reason. It's QB!
-
really?? RG3, Jake Locker, Blaine Gabbert, EJ their teams got set back, and those are just a small sample
So when we didn't draft a QB and stuck with Fitz, that's the answer
-
they're all projects, none are worth a top 10 pick, and even debatable if they're worth a first Rd pick
And Dak Prescott was only worth a 3rd...and JarMarcus Russell worth a 1st. Means very little. You like the guy, take him top 10
-
Constant coaching changes had more to do with the playoff drought than the QB situation. New systems, new coordinators and player turn over keep killing this team.
Bull
-
if you draft a QB high and he busts, it set you team back years, not so much with a LB, DE or WR
Sets you back years, how many? 17
-
Taylor and Yates have NFL experience. Jones is their project. A rookie would have to beat at least two of them out. More likely Jones would hit the PS if the rookie show more. Again, I don't see it happening so their value to the team this year is nothing for a first round pick. Your going to pass up a guy that would have a better chance of playing this season for that.
You have to think of the future. We have been stuck with little options at QB for a long time. The main reason for the playoff drought.

bud 420 is the king of trolling--a new master! got a bunch of fish on the hook posting the same comments posted in half a dozen other threads on the same topic.
I tip my hat...
Trolls call other people trolls.

Fix the defense first, grab a project QB later on, continue to develop Cardell
That's how you miss the playoffs another 17 years. We have had good defenses in the past but never a QB
-
If a QB was a sure thing the Bills wouldn't get to draft them. Andrew Luck was the last sure thing. We need to draft a very good QB prospect, not a sure thing.
BTW, none of these WR's, TE's or LB's are sure things either. It's a draft. Not everyone works out. Take a prospect you like with decent floor and high upside.
Darnold is on Luck/Peyton level coming out of college, we can probably all agree. Rosen and Allen are on a Mariota/Wentz level. We have no shot at any of them unless we really blow up.
-
NONE of these qbs are sure things
Darnold, Rosen and Allen are as close as it gets...but nothing is, you're right.
-
If they take a QB this year he's not going to start anyway so if they go 7--9 what good did drafting them do? You still have a guy that can' beat your current starter. They also have to beat out T. J. Yates to even have a shot at playing. So I don't follow your logic.
Nobody said they would start? They are there if Taylor doesn't improve. Yates is a career backup, don't be surprised if he doesn't make the 53 and Cardale beats him out.
You will not win consistently in this league unless you have a great QB. Taylor could be that guy, you never know. We have to have other options.
Worse thing is Taylor doesn't improve, we pick 10 again next year, miss out on the Big 3. That will set us back another 5 years.
-
You have no idea if that's valid. They have certainly done their due diligence on the QBs in this draft. If they think one merits the pick they'll take him. Not because people on a message board think they're decent.
So sit on your hands? Give up on trying to finding a franchise QB.
-
I got a better idea....
Lets draft Joshua Dobbs and let him sit behind TT for a couple of years
Dobbs is like Cardale. Watson and Tribusky are 1st round talents, any year. We are not going to get a shot at a "close to sure thing" unless we have a real bad year.
-
If they believe they are good enough to take them at 10 then do so. You do realize opinions are all over the map in those guys? And that reaching for QBs in the first fails way more than it works?
And what do you do? Play the best guy you can.
Watson and Tribusky would be the best guy.
-
We do not HAVE to do anything. If they don't think the QBs in this draft merit the #10 pick it would be foolish to do so.
Let's say we go 7-9 again. Then what do you Do? With no chance at one of those guys. Watson and Tribusky are good prospects.
-
Grab either Tribusky or Watson. We are not going to be in the running for the Big 3 (Darnold, Rosen, Allen) next year. They are all going top 5.
It's most likely going to be another mediocre year. 6-10 to 8-8 at best. We could be up the creek without a paddle if we don't.
-
With arguably the best defense in the NFL.
Osweiler was so good that was replaced by the invalid Peyton Manning. I loved Peyton, but the man was a shell of himself.
Osweiler was benched with 8 games left in the season.
He stepped up in made some big plays for Denver in crunch time. Taylor has not for Buffalo yet.

what an awful, awful analysis.
It's about winning my friend.
