  1. You obviously didn't comprehend what he said, listened to the entire interview. Football this is the man's job, he's working, the addition of music helps them(players) forget that they're actually working.

     

    Do a deadlift sometime.

    I have no problem with it, in the weight room or warmups. He said, it is played during on the field drills. Also said, He plays to the beat of the music. No music in real game situations.

  2. Haven't they always played music in practice? Points to lack of discipline? I feel like I'm trapped in the movie Footloose.

    They have for portions, mainly warm ups. That's fine. Now it is the entire practice.

    Lot of teams do it, we even do it at the high school level. I doubt they do it everyday, or for every period.

    Worthy said it is now throughout, it use to be just for portions. Warm ups, etc.
