Josh Malone in 3rd is a better player than Zay. Malone is 6'3 220 with 4.4 speed.
-
Trade up for Obi...cause right now Gronk is licking his chops.
-
Ehh Jerry Rice was 6'2 max /200 lbs and 4.7 40 time
I know... Zay isn't Rice, but I'd sure like a stud WR in this draft. Would be happy if we drafted him.
Don't think he'll be there when we pick though, unfortunately.
He is no stud. Woods will have a better career
-
Most QBs are going to "Air Raid" QBs moving forward. That's just the way the college game is going. Webb in 3rd would be a steal
I don't get the Davis Webb hype, he isn't great at anything he does, I think Nathan Peterman is a better overall prospect.
We don't need another undersized QB. When will we learn that?
-
1. Cunningham
2. Obi Melinefuw
3. Dalvin Cook
4. Cam Robinson
Let's get one of them in 2nd.
-
height/weight/speed alone certainly doesn't = clone for a football player
The tape is similar too.
-
I wouldn't be upset if we took Cook.
Me either
-
Zay Jones 6'1 201 / 4.47 40
Robert Woods 6' 195 / 4.51 40
Too similar, No Zay Jones please!!! I don't want a Robert Woods clone.

You can tell who is the boss by that photo
-
Except if you're him, it's more embarrassing to talk to the media.
One Buffalo. One face.
McDermott's.
Not really. He will never be a GM again, cause he was basically put in the corner like a kid. A lot of GMs are not good public speakers but talk to media (especially during draft).
-
Didn't see that was implemented. Never the less. QB needs to be our 1st pick...and no running QBDid you miss the trade that happened last night?
-
They have Gronk and Allen.
Don't matter
-
He will go to New England
-
Every GM has talked to media, except Whaley. Lol. If I am him, I'm embarrassed
-
He is a decent player. Nothing more, nothing less. Not elite by any means. If we were in a full rebuild I would of like the trade down/pick. I just don't think the have Bills a plan.
-
Hopefully '19 after we get a real QB next year
-
It what world are Bills picking 23. Lol. No more dual threat QBs please, real ones.
-
The brilliant move would be trading Tyrod to the QB desperate Browns for early picks next year, play Cardale and tank like champs unless Cardale shocks the world.
I'd be fine with that too. We are going nowhere anyway as it sits.
-
Kirk Cousins is way better than Taylor. We can all agree on that. If we are truly in a win now situation. We would atleast get on the hornThey franchise him because they don't want to make a long-term commitment to him and seem to be very happy to listen to offers from all interested parties.
Not denying that he's better than Tyrod but I'm not of the belief that he's the calibre of player that deserves the investment of multiple picks and a potential contract in the region of $22-24m per year. One first rounder won't get this deal over the line.
-
That's why he's been readily available via trade for 2 years now and had almost zero suitors outside of Cleveland.
Hell, there's been more interest in a backup in New England.
Yet Redskins franchise him every year. It's not a huge risk either we have another first. He is way better than Tyrod.
Not realistic trade value for TT and Cousins cap hit is too high with him on a QB franchise tender.
Cleveland would give a 3 for Tyrod in a second. There is always a way when it comes to contracts.
-
Whaley is gone, no longer in power. Obviously Whaley is making the calls. McDermott has to coach. Believe me McDermott was in on it. And had to sign off
-
Stop preaching for a franchise QB and coming up with solutions like Kirk Cousins.
He is franchise QB
-
let me get a hit of what you're smoking OP...
Its better than the Kool Aid you're drinking.
-
Yeah? So how do we then accommodate his monstrous salary? That ship has sailed my friend.
Trade Taylor for a 2nd or 3rd. Then negotiate an actual contract with Cousins. Could be a sign and trade. There is always a way

Louis Riddick is my favorite analyst. Former GM, actually got a couple interviews this year too.
