  1. I read where she told her husband it felt like her eyes were no longer communicating properly with her brain. She could not visualize and 'see' the way she used to. Seeing is the brain being able to interpret information received from the eye via the optic nerve. The lens focuses light onto the rods and cones that transmit to the brain, but her brain was not able to interpret and visualize the info properly for whatever reason. Not surmising how that results in killing yourself, but it sounds way beyond just the discomfort of dry eyes. Tragic whatever the case may be.
  2. So now 9w=89.999991 means 10=8.999991? Just stop, math is clearly not your subject. Why don't you just use a calculator to solve 9w=89.999991 instead of making ***** up. hint: divide 89.999991 by 9.
  3. what I am pointing out is that not all the .9s ARE accounted for. You left out the last .9 when you subtracted the value of w from the 10w equation. The 9/100000 was clearly not subtracted. A clearly wrong opinion is not controversial, it's just wrong.
  4. actually what you get is 9w=90-9/100000 which proves that w does not equal 10. You conveniently forgot to subtract the 9/100000 when you did your 2nd grade math.
  5. A couple of obvious choices. The Flintstones, they should have folded before the Great Gazoo. Scooby Doo, Scrappy Doo never should have happened.
  6. I don't think it is a bad idea to let him explore his worth. There are a lot of good to great dl available in fa this year, and he's not one of them. https://www.profootballfocus.com/nfl/players/jordan-phillips/9485 He was 108th rated dl by pff, basically one of the very worst in the league. Even if you think pff is flawed that is not good at all. I think it will be a buyers market for dl and the Bills would be dumb to offer him much. He can easily be upgraded in fa or the draft imo.
  7. Now show us that someone in the organization can evaluate wrs, ol, rbs, and tes. Their track record so far is not so good, though they have had limited resources. This year they have the cap to make better choices. I hope they choose wisely.
  8. Wow, the oldest, highest paid, and lowest producing backfield in the entire league...... We're good. I don't think for a second that the offensive line was the only reason the Bills had virtually no running game last year. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/r b https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/stats/rushing#efficiency https://www.profootballfocus.com/nfl/players/lesean-mccoy/4976 All 3 of these analytic sites agree that McCoy was awful last year. Contrary to what many here believe, he faced 8 in the box less often than 38 other rbs. Also contrary, he was not good in the passing game at all. In fact out of 53 rbs rated as receivers he was 52nd. It will be disappointing if the Bills revamp the o line and still have a lousy running game because they stubbornly stick with the over the hill gang. Especially when you consider they invest more cap in their backfield than any other team.
  9. A lot of quality dt de in fa this year so some might be had for decent value, the other positions not as deep so top talent will probably come at a premium.
  10. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/wr https://www.profootballfocus.com/nfl/players/john-ross/11764 For whatever its worth, he was one of the lowest rated wrs in the league last year on both of these sites.
  11. It was terrifying, I clicked into survival mode and didn't allow myself to freak out. I was immensely relieved when I could final see again and got onto Ridge. I drove right past Tiff St without even seeing it.
  12. Good choice. Angel's Landing is kind of dangerous, at the top you have to walk a knife edge about 3000 ft down to the valley floor and hold on to chains to make it to Angel's Landing, where you can survey almost the entire Zion National Park and Virgin River Valley. I don't know if they have made it any safer now but it was kinda crazy back in the day.
  13. Moab is a fun and funny town. Especially if you like watching people tip over expensive vehicles trying to climb really big rocks. Great bike trails, the big problem and the elephant in the room about Moab is that the uranium that blew up the 2 Japanese cities end of Ww2 was mined there right on the rivers edge. The town has a history of being poisoned like many of the poisoned mining towns out west. Park City where I lived for many years has one creek draining the canyon it resides in, Poison Creek. Being the richest Silver Lode in the entire world at the time, the ecological destruction was guaranteed. Desert Solitaire by Edward Abbey is a cool book he wrote while working for the Park Service in Arches
  14. Where are you from? Apologize if already stated I think you are gonna like living in Utah. You will be treated with respect and find yourself surrounded by a raw and powerful nature.
  15. I accidentally got on the skyway when it was closed. I drove through a blinding blizzard downtown and somehow ended up on the Skyway. I had been gone for years and didn't know what I was doing. Being on top of the Skyway in complete darkness with only snow in view was like being on another planet. I remember controlling my fearful reaction and realizing what a unique situation I was in. I creeped along with very little vision and I drove past my Tifft st exit. I couldn't see until I got to Ridge Rd then backtracked. I just took that journey again in my mind and it was amazing.
  16. Antonio just feels like an expensive narcissist who will ultimately be a disaster for the whole team. That and I just don't see him being worth what he will demand. I would rather build a whole team with players who were where they wanted to be, doing what they love to do.
  17. This is the guy I think. The James Gang. Elder statesman of the te group at only 24. I now realize I think this guy is gonna be good for years to come. Lock him up for 5 or 6 per and guarantee the first 2. Draft another talented te and call it good for 4 years.
  18. Angel's Landing in Zion is an amazing hike. The Narrows at the right time of year is an unforgettable experience, wrong time of year very dangerous. We would go to Zion for a week long party at the end of the ski season every year. An artist friend in Park City had about 40 acres of vineyard on the Virgin River a couple miles from Springdale Park entrance, he would throw a big Spring gathering for a few hundred friends and family complete with live music, his vintage wine, swimming, hilarious Saturday night talent show, and a clothing optional costume parade on Sunday. Annual event right down the road from the ghost town. I love that area.
  19. As well he should from the 1 or closer. One of the dumbest, most frustrating plays for me to watch is handing the ball off 5 or 6 yds deep from the 1 and getting stuffed in the backfield. I would put 2 huge backup linemen in the backfield right behind the qb and push him in.?
  20. If you do say so yourself. ✌(it's your list) My friend Alan was playing golf in Aspen behind Hunter and Ed Bradley from 60 minutes. While waiting for a group on the green Hunter pulled out a shotgun and blew shingles off the roof of a house by the course. Long story short my friend ended up in court testifying against Hunter, who had stashed the gun by the time the cops arrived, while Ed Bradley lied under oath and said it never happened. Hunter got away with it. Alan hated Hunter because he would do ***** up ***** like throw smoke bombs into a crowded Woody Creek tavern and be out in the parking lot laughing his ass off while people, Alan included, spilled out into the lot choking. I always enjoyed reading his books and articles and that list has some of my favorite albums on it.
  21. I like Alta, old school ski area with no heel scrapers to wreck the powder runs ⛷️. You can telemark to there from the backside of Park Cities Jupiter Peak by following the ridge past the top of Big Cottonwood canyon and then drop in over the ridge to Little Cottonwood. I spent a season in a cabin back there at 9500 ft., you could only access the cabin by snowmobile. To get to Alta by car it took about an hour to drive from Park City down to the valley then up the canyon. That canyon would just get buried in snow sometimes and be inaccessible. There were a couple of high lakes on the back side of Alta we would hike to in the summer. Magical place.
