  1. I hope Tenn loses, they play like they want to win by a fg. AJ Brown is wasted on this team.
  2. Like I said, they won't hold opposing rbs to 2.3 y/c this season like they did today, not even anywhere close to that.
  3. I realize the Jets have a good run d, but I guarantee they don't hold opposing rbs to anywhere close to 2.3 y/c this season.
  4. I agree about too many hits and too many designed runs. Get a decent offensive line and then the rbs can carry the ball too, and he won't be scrambling on pass plays so much either. Bills rbs: 18 carries 41 yds 2.3 yds/c, Allen 14 carries 4.1 y/c ,3 sacks allowed. 14 carries for Allen and 2.3 per carry for the rbs is not good. A win is a win but the line is still inept at this point, I hope they get better.
  5. They are not mutually exclusive, Brady and Brees are old and the defenses are legit.
  6. They showed the 2nd kick go wide right from behind the post right after showing the first kick from the front, they didn't say it was the 2nd kick but that one was obviously wide below the top of post. I don't think they showed another view of the ? call, if they did I missed it somehow.
  7. Agreed. There should be cameras on top of the posts so bad calls can be challenged, you can't have bad calls costing points.
  8. Diggs looks good and the passing game looks really promising this year. The D looked good other than the big play for Crowder. The line looks suspect as I suspected it would. I hope they can get better but I think they just lack enough talent. It doesn't seem to be a big priority for some reason. They didn't do much in the off-season or draft after being a weakness last year. I guess you can only address so many position groups per year and the Bills can never have enough def linemen or ex Panthers. Drafted a bad kicker and a limited upside QB instead of o line prospects, I hated those picks. They will def need to get better if the Bills are gonna make a run. Hope they improve as the season goes on.
  9. Why was only one view of that kick shown? The 2nd miss they showed from behind the posts. Why isn't there a camera on top of the post? It was impossible to tell if it was good from the angle, it was def really close.
  10. He ran an official 4.25 at his pro day with one scout clocking him at 4.19. Good luck naming 10 wrs who are faster. I completely agree with thinking they would've done more than just Norman at cb this off-season. No, I'm saying he's big, really fast, and it's never good to underestimate your opponent. This is the NFL, there's talent all over the field on both sides.
  11. Agreed. My point was not to underestimate your opponent, not a knock on Bills cb talent. However, depth at cb is definitely a concern imo.
  12. Perriman is possibly the fastest man in the NFL, he's also 215 lbs. He was dominant in TB the last 4 games when he got a shot at being a #1. This is the NFL, you can't underestimate your opponent on any given Sunday.
  13. I have Allen in a season long Draftkings tournament for a $1,000,000. No DST in the contest or I would have grabbed the Bills. Missed out on Diggs.
  14. For better hopefully, cohesiveness and hopefully the addition of Williams leads to improvement. If Williams is good at rt and Ford is good at guard this line will make a big jump. The continuity alone should help.
  15. Bills pocket broke down faster than any other in the league last year, tied with a few others. The wr group is improved, give him time in the pocket to find these guys and he will be better, everything is harder when you are constantly scrambling. For everyone thinking our offensive line was pretty good last year, they weren't.
  16. They are light at cb and lb imo. If Norman and Klein stay healthy and play well they will be fine, those are big ifs. Def line is one of their deepest positions.
  17. 62 to be exact. 62-63-4 career record, the worst of any HOF qb by a huge margin. His career passer rating of 65 is impressive though. Joe Flacco has had a much better career and he won a SB too, is he heading for the Hall?
  18. HOF Qbs from that era had stats that were way better than Namath's, in fact I bet there are no qbs in the HOF with worse career stats than Joe Namath.
  19. Namath was famous, but is that what is required for the HOF? Like someone else mentioned, there are a lot of guys who were famous in their time and played a big role in NFL history that are not in the HOF. They shined brightly in their time but their body of work over their career did not make the grade for inclusion. Namath should definitely be one of those guys instead of a HOFer. Hall of Famous yes, NFL HOFer no way should he have qualified imo.
  20. They're a swimsuit magazine, wtf do they know about football?
