Moss leads the league in broken tackles per rush att (tied with Javonte Williams). He breaks a tackle every 5.9 runs. Singletary breaks a tackle every 24.3 runs.
I know a lot of people don't think much of PFF. For whatever it's worth, they are not too impressed with either of them. They have Moss rated 35th out 64 qualified backs and Singletary 59th.
Not to nitpick but those stats actually show Singletary with slightly more yards after contact than Moss (2.2/att to 2.1), while Moss does break far more tackles than Singletary. In fact his 5.9 att/broken tackle is tied for the league lead with Javonte Williams.
The first down % and the ybc seem to indicate that Moss is used far more often in obvious running situations. That would make a straight comparison of their rushing avg misleading imo.
Fugly game on so many levels.
Team wasn't ready to play
Terrible playcalling with no focused attack plan or scheme adjustment to counter pressure. Wtf is Allen running the ball so much for. Daboll is overrated imo. He swings from brilliant to what the hell is he doing.
Allen made some poor decisions
The whole team seemed out of focus
Penalties
The line was a sieve
The o line is a problem
There is no depth and little talent
Drafting two project tackles and not upgrading at guard was weird
Allen having to be superman is not a good game plan
On the positive side it was one game
One Fugly game
It's one thing to wreck your own life with reckless stupidity, it's another thing to murder an innocent 23 yr old woman because of it.
It is so easy to get a cab or limo 24/7 in Vegas, what an easily avoidable tragedy.
156 mph? What an #######.
Garbage all around, both teams, the refs and the announcers. Luckily I was listening to music and reading through half of it.
Judge, Garrett, Jones are jokers and don't belong on an NFL field.
KC is not good on either side of the ball.
I fully expect the Bills to destroy Miami.
Tua breaking out with a big game on the road in Buffalo after being crumpled and shutout at home is highly unlikely. His 2 decent games since recovering from said crumpling were against two of the worst defenses in the league. The Bills at home after a bye will be a Halloween nightmare for him.
The Bills don't need Miles Sanders
They need better blocking.
They have a rookie project playing tackle. Guard position is still a weakness.
Allen and the backs being so elusive make the line look better than it really is.
If you are gonna sneak, shift two extra 300 lb linemen a foot behind the QB and everybody push forward
Don't stand up, hesitate and go sideways, if you're not going to just push forward for a foot then get outside with some options
I know the analytics say go for it there but my brain was saying tie the game. I didn't feel good about it at all.
3-0
Great game by the Sabres
I don't understand this thread at all.
I always rooted for the Bills when they sucked and I'll always root for the Sabres regardless of how long it takes for them to be good again. I used to sneak a transistor radio under my pillow to listen to Bison games before the Sabres even existed. I've been a fan since they began and will be as long as they exist.
I'm pretty sure the Sabres have nothing to do with the Bills success or failure and I would be psyched if both teams have a great season.
I'm also pretty sure the Sabres didn't design the Bills soft underneath coverage with the safety 20 yards deep and everyone standing behind the line to gain on 3rd down.
