  1. The Pats get 4, the Eagles get 3, rewards for losers right? Might want to think before you speak?
  2. That sounds reasonable, I don't know enough about all the team's to guess where they rank. Hoping they can still bring in a legitimate threat before the season starts.
  3. The word is definitely laurel and that's the last I wanna !@#$in hear about this.? I should mention I have played in a loud band for many years.?
  4. Pats in line to get 2 3rd rounders, a 6th and a 7th. Bills didn't lose any high round picks in fa this year so the best they could have done was a 6th rounder anyway. Should definitely have had an xtra 3rd round pick in this years draft though. It is not about chasing comp picks, it is being aware what you are throwing away when bringing in marginal talent that could be had after free agency imo.
  5. Didn't have time to read the whole thread, is the OP still the only one with confidence in the wrs?
  6. I thought he played well and behaved himself when he was in Buffalo. I would have been fine with them giving him another contract. I doubt he gets another shot.
  7. https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/jim-kelly-2.html Nothing to date? https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/josh-allen-7.html Allen's stats in college are much better than Kelly's. How about you let him play a few years before comparing them. Kelly's first 4 seasons with the Bills he threw 81 tds and 63 int , his avg qb rating for those 4 years was 82. That is after playing 3 seasons in the USFL. He was 30 yrs old before he had a great season in the NFL but don't let facts get in your way.
  8. Barner just turned 29 a week ago but he has only carried the ball around 70 times with 17 catches in his pro career so he is still fresh as far as wear and tear goes. This guy was electrifying in college, he can catch passes and also was a good punt and kick returner with 4.4 speed (4.44 at the combine and 4.39 at his pro day). I think he would be a good backup for Shady with Ivory as a change of pace/short yardage back.
  9. I had mixed feelings about all the qbs and would have been happy with Mayfield, Darnold or Allen. After the dust has settled I am happy they got Allen, though I am probably subconsciously biased as my grandmother's family name was Allen.
  10. Being a national champion wrestler and being so strong, he keeps blockers off his body and then easily sheds them with precision hand fighting moves. Very impressive tape, he is very smart and quickly diagnoses the play from the nose tackle position better than I have ever seen. I would be shocked if he doesn't turn out to be a good, if not great player.
  11. Justin Herbert from Oregon is ranked too low at 14 imo, then again I am a Duck fan. He is a 6'6 225 lb junior this year and I hope he stays through his senior year but Eric Galko, owner of Optimum scouting, projects him as the first qb taken in 2019 draft. http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/news/nfl-mock-draft-2019-order-best-players-dolphins-bengals-jets-chiefs/3gmq63ucmu3b1oh9cvzogt1i6
  12. He was amazing to watch in college, saw him play live many times in Eugene.
  13. So glad KW is coming back, what an incredible leader, his inspirational leadership will be hard to replace.
  14. He had 3 yrs left on a 5 yr deal and the Saints are eating a lot of dead cap this year just to get rid of him. If I read it right, his dead cap hit this year is the same as his cap hit would have been if he played.
  15. This idiot has two accounts, replies to his own posts and gives himself thumbs up. He is a 10 year old or a weirdo, either way get rid of him please.
  16. Not saying I want Dez but I thought T.O. was good in Buffalo, productive and well behaved. If he was like T.O. what would be the problem?
  17. He should be in the Hall of Fame.
  18. Is he a Fop or Dapper Dan man? "I don't want Fop goddammit, I'm a Dapper Dan man."Everett McGill.
  19. If he is so smart why the 29 on the wonderlic? I think Rosen thinks he is a lot smarter than he actually is. Allen scored a 37 but doesn't come off as an arrogant douche know-it-all like Rosen does. I do not understand where this 'he is so intelligent' narrative comes from, the facts do not support it. The difference between a 37 and a 29 is significant but I have hardly heard any comments about Allen's intelligence.
  20. Fwiw Newhouse and Bodine graded on Pff as two of the worst linemen available in fa.
