Who cares and why is this being discussed in the Bills forum?

Why is the rookie QB you moved up to the top of the draft for playing behind a ****ty o line with no receivers? Why was Star given 10 million dollars per for 5 years after having underperformed the last 3 season's? Why would you pay a draft pick and 3.5 million dollars to a wr who was on the team for 2 weeks and never played a down? Why would you spend your free agent money on washed up defensive players when you have a rookie qb, a ****ty o line and no wrs?

Jonathan Hankins has been far superior to Star at stopping the run and pressuring QB the last couple years. He was fa until last week and signed for less than a million. Star was practically dead last out of 110 dts on pff and gets 10 million a year for 5 years because he was a Panther. That 9 million in savings could have been spent on the o line, not to mention the cap money wasted on Coleman, Davis, Mccarron etc. Now you put your rookie top ten pick behind this crap line with no wrs. What kind of fukin process is that?

Brady was an extra pick in the 6th round. Not a product of bottoming out for top pick.

The off-season fa acquisitions gave me the feeling these guys don't know what they are doing. Everything I have seen this year reinforces that opinion. Pathetic. Top ten draft pick has to play behind this line with these wrs and no veteran QB on the roster. Wtf are they thinking? Fukin amateurs.

I didn't notice Flacco having any trouble stepping up in the pocket, I didn't see Star applying any pressure either. Hankins has been a far superior run stuffer the last few years and is still a fa. He also pressures the QB.

Anyone but Allen should be behind this line, otherwise just play Peterman and completely suck. They will need a third QB for when Peterman inevitably gets injured anyway.

Judging by the off-season oline additions I think tanking must be the plan. The 5 year 50 mil contract to Star however, makes me think that maybe these guys just don't know what they are doing. Regardless of if it was planned, with the worst o line and wr corps in the league and a sieve of a defense, the Bills will almost certainly have a top 5 pick in next year's draft.

4.9 million and 2 years of 2 mil dead cap to a guy who never played a game. Coleman got 3.5 mil and will cost 2 mil in dead space I believe as well. Amazing use of resources.
