We won the preseason ...

Ok this one is a head scratcher. Everything else I am fine with but this dude was playing well. Maybe they were worried about ball security but he didn't fumble this year at all. Yikes.

What a non story. I served and continue to serve, in no way am I slighted if a guy kneels, drinks, keeps his hat on, etc. The media pushes it because it's a story, lazy journalism if you ask me. And blind allegiance to a country shouldn't be forced. You don't force people to put their hands over their hearts or remove their hats. That's not a democracy. Start yelling and shouting, then we have a problem but other than that leave people be.

I just don't get why a team wouldn't keep proven commodes for picks. We should be done now, we have the ammo we need to get anything we want next year. Let's keep what we have and compete this year.

I'm more confident we can compete with this coaching staff. I'm also more confident in the talent we have on the team. That said I don't see this team winning more than 8 games. Caustically optimistic is my take.

I believe the culture thing is something to promote so long it's not all faith based. I get the vibe somewhat that there is some religious undertones here with the staff. This is fine so long as the staff and players are pushing faith in themselves and the system. In the military we call it resilience. Culture should be changed to breed hard work, attention to detail, and a drive to do what it takes to win above all else.

It all changes when the agent says you could be the top pick and make millions....

Why would e rams trade a player and a 2nd for a 1 year rental? No way the Rams let him go after a year unless he's hurt again and misses the whole season. And no this staff will not try to sign him nor would he sign with us. The honeymoon is over, find a new player to love.

Perfectly worded. If both guys become starters, the trade is well worth it for the draft capital, no matter the human connection to Sammy and Darby.

Unlike some of you, I still think we can compete with what we have. Sammy has been hurt and Darby can be replaced. I'm more shocked that Darby went than Sammy. Elite talent that never shows up is annoying.

Smart of the NFL. I'd watch GOT any day over preseason football. The king of the north!

This is stupid if true. He is our #1 receiver. Game changing wideout. You can't build a team of just lunch pail kids. Got to have guys with talent out there that are prone to risk, injury, etc.
